I have had a contract with Dynamic Air for 3 years and I get excellent service. They come twice a year ...Spring and Fall. They replace filters, and other adjustments, and make recommendations. It's very reassuring to know that my A/C is going to get me through the summer and again, in winter, that my heat is good. They email me a receipt promptly along with a description of the work done, and work recommended. Erik Garrido is the service man who came today. He has been here several times, and has always been personable, polite, tidy and thorough.

Brandon did an outstanding job of helping us with every detail of this complex purchase. We discovered that the installation and the company behind the installation are much more important than the equipment. Our installation went flawlessly and everything has been a pleasure from the purchase price to the quality of ALL the folks at Dynamic Air. I felt that I needed to write a review for Dynamic Air Services due to the extra ordinary customer service & knowledge of Brandon Bowen. He is a true professional and was very patient & informative with all the questions we had, not to mention being great with our pesky dog. Brandon explained in thorough detail what we needed to get our A/C unit to work again & gave us choices and options to process. He also was able to repair our unit so that it works again on this 90 degree day. We are very grateful and appreciative and now we are most likely going to replace and upgrade our HCAC system ( which is 25 years old ) with Dynamic Air Services instead of another company. Also we loved the customer service from Amy who took my call and scheduled an accurate time window and even texted us the estimated arrival of Brandon. It's nice to interact with companies like this who know what they are doing and back it up with expertise and service. Thank you again ! Mick A

This is my overall review of dynamic services: POSITIVE COMMENTS: 1. First of all, thank you for taking care of business. Eric was helpful and he knew how to address all the issues with the AC and it seems like it is now fixed. 2. Second, thank you for coming in a relatively short notice and helping us out. COMMENTS THAT ARE NOT POSITIVE: 1. After looking at the parts that were installed/replaced we realized that the mark up for the part was OUTRAGEOUS and in fact it amounted to gouging. Eric tried to explain to us that this is so because we are paying for knowledge, but the truth is that the knowledge is included in the hourly rate, and since I work in the construction industry it is customary to increase the price of parts by 10 to 15 percent and pass that to the client but not 200 percent or 300 percent and label it as knowledge. THat is simply ridiculous. The knowledge is already included in the hourly rate which is quite steep to begin with, that hourly rate covers that, parts do NOT include here or nowhere that component, it is simply outrageous. I was very disappointed with your service from that point of view. 2. The amount of time that was included in the estimate was longer than it what it actually took to tape the pipe, again, that is not right. The estimate for over 400 dollars to fix a pipe would have been justified if the pipe had been replace, but the only thing that it was done was to tape the pipe and then he was done in a fraction of time that would never justify 400 dollars for that type of repair. To summarize, again, we are grateful that you guys gave us a hand and helped us when we needed to have the AC fixed, which was already working but not as efficiently as it is now. We appreciate the "knowledge" that Eric has and we feel we paid enough for that knowledge in his hourly rate which was steep to begin with. But we feel very upset and dissapointed with your services regarding the costs and the mark ups. Your estimates are not very clear as to what they cover, but it seems that your intentions are not to be transparent and in fact if may say so to take advantage of the needs of your customers. You guys need to be more transparent, and you also need to be fair and just. Making money should never be the main objective of your company, and not abusing your customers financially should be stated as a company policy. Our experience with your company leaves a bad taste in our mouth, not because of the repairs themselves but because of the way you produced your estimates, and the way we were charged outrageously for the parts. It was just too much. My wife did not want to argue with ERic but I honestly feel that we should have been reimbursed at least 250 dollars out of the total amount. Anyway, that is my review, and I encourage you to look closer to your system and to treat customers with respect and treat with them in a more TRANSPARENT and HONEST manner. Thank you !

It was the 2nd time Dynamic has been to my home. I requested Ethan since he resolved a big issue on his 1st visit. He saved me thousands of dollars. Again, he was determined & dedicated, plus, patient. He found the problem. I’ll be recommending Dynamic & Ethan.
