I needed someone right away, they sent Ronnie the day I called. Ronnie was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our problem in a short period of time the price was reasonable. We asked him to come back in the spring to service our air conditioner. We will use his services going forward.

Several weeks ago I scheduled a fall furnace cleaning and check. Will L was the technician. He arrived at the scheduled time, was polite, competent, and did a thorough job of checking/cleaning the furnace and the thermostat. He also noticed that the air return duct was dirty and vacuumed it, too. That was a first and highly appreciated.

Called at mid morning and before noon, a service representative, Will L.was at my door. He was friendly and helpfull and took care of my immediate problem. He also reset my thermostat and educated me about the various settings and how to set it for emergency heat during extreme cold weather.
