Just wanted to give a shout out to Brett who was fixing a problem next door to me and I asked him to take a look at my fireplace. He did it without hesitation and helped me get my fireplace working safely. Will definitely call on them in the future.

Matt was incredible! Our fireplace turned out to be quite unusual and he made inquiries to determine safe options for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and generous with his time.

Matt with Chimney USA was a pleasure to work with, professional and polite. He arrived at my home exactly on time, explained what he was going to do, and did it quickly and efficiently. He cleaned my chimney but didn't make a mess in the house. He inspected the chimney and advised me how to fix my chimney leak if I wanted to do it myself and gave me a detailed quote if I wanted to use his services. There was no pressure sales job or hype. He demonstrated a keen knowledge of his field and used convenient technology for billing which allowed me to pay with a credit card. I'd heartily recommend him.

The service gentlemen were polite and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and emailed me completed pictures of what they had done. I haven't received such top notch service in a long time.

Very impressed with Chimney USA. I had chimney damage from a branch falling and they had to come out multiple times. I shopped around and the prices were the same as any other chimney company however what I really like is how responsive they were. They answered phone calls, emails, and texts quickly and were always on time for scheduled appointments. We had to discuss some options on what repairs I needed for my chimney and I never felt they were over selling me. I highly recommend them
