Horrible! In an emergency when I ran out of propane, just getting over Covid and three kids at home they refused to deliver to me because I was not an “auto-filler” and the person on call was rude and nasty. Called in the morning and they told me they had nothing for 2 days mind you it is negative 2 degrees outside. Unacceptable! These are not times to tell customers you can’t or won’t when it’s freezing outside and we have small children and have been a good customer for 3 yrs. Extremely disappointed.

These people are the worst, uncaring and money hungry, nothing else matters to them. The only reason I used them this time was due to heap. I called them today because I am almost out of fuel and could only afford $250 to 300. That wasn't good enough for them they said the minimum I had to pay was $454.00. They said if they did any less there was the possibility of an issue at the fill site. They said if they delivered a smaller amount that there was a chance that when they pulled the hose out it could cause an issue and a spillage....WHAT????? What kind of bull is that. I explained I was 75, a vet out of work at this time and was asking for an exception to their minimum, they said NO. I gave up and called Bob at Hudson View and he said no problem I would have my oil on Monday. Bob is the greatest and the only reason I had stopped using him was that they didn't accept heap at that time, but I'm back to them again and VERY HAPPY.

Customer service is great. Price is a bit high but glad they reward loyalty. Took 3 technicians to fix leak but all 3 technicians very friendly and accommodating. Overall have been very happy with Bottini for over 25 years.
