Kyle, Chris, Hunter (and one other person, my husband didn't remember his name but he was working with this group today!) did an excellent job on our install. They were quick and obviously knew what to do. They left our house in good shape and took away everything that they took out of the old HVAC system. Our house is very comfortable tonight and I am very grateful!!

"Bruce Posey" Mr. Posey came out to fix a clogged drain, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get the drain unclogged, he was very patient, even when he ran into obstacles. This is the second time he has provided service at my address and I will continue to request Mr. Posey for my technician.

Boothe’s Heating and Plumbing stand by their name and reputation. During a tech call there was an issue needing additional support. Boothe’s management team stepped up, listened to the concern and took action to correct the problem. Guy did a fabulous job on our Spring HVAC system checkup and found our air scrubber's light went out and we needed to have a transformer for it and the light replaced. He fixed it all and we are super happy to have our air scrubber back! Also, we enjoyed the company of Derick Brawner (plumber) who replaced our garbage disposal and helped with draining the washing machine through the drip pan. I also found Brandon on the phone super nice!! I have never had a bad experience with any employee from Boothes Heating, Air, and Plumbing!! You are all way above 5 stars in my book. I called Boothe's to have my HVAC system checked. Josh showed up and handled the issue promptly and professionally. While here I inquired on their plumbing work because I have been wanting to replace a water heater that had lived a long and successful life and was, frankly, on borrowed time. An hour later Patrick F stopped by to discuss options. I selected a new water heater and said it was no rush since I wasnt experiencing a problem. Two days later (today) Patrick returned and installed the new unit. From their scheduler Dawn (who was friendly and courteous with her timely updates thanks Dawn!) to both Josh and Patrick who were knowledgeable, professional and dependable; their customer service is the best in the business. We are extremely pleased with the quality of equipment, customer service and attention to detail. You may be able to shop around and find a slightly better price but you wont find the intangibles that make Boothe's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction a top priority. Well done.

Excellent professional service! The HVAC specialist (David Rowe) was punctual, thorough, and respectful. He took his time evaluating my two HVAC systems and took the time to fully explain everything. He explained my options, provided his recommendation, and not once pressured me into any particular service. While the job took longer than he anticipated, I never once felt hurried. He took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service .I would highly recommend Boothe's!

I cant say enough good things about this company and their employees. This past week we had 2 awesome techs, Mike and Bernie, they were so knowledgeable and every step of the way they provided great service! Bernie and Mike showed up from Boothe's they were honest and extremely competent technician. They showed us all of the problems with the HVAC unit and plumping issues as well as things we didn't notice and all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using Boothe's again. and Thank them both so much for their knowledge and reliability. They were also very nice people! Thank you for your honesty and efficiency Boothe's. Ryan and Emily came to my home to repair a leaky Garden Tub faucet. Ryan quickly assessed the problem, explained the problem thoroughly and provided me repair options in less than 20 minutes. Ryan and Emily quickly repaired the problem and had the water back on in minimum time with very little interruption to the household routine. I definitely will use Boothe's again and ask for Ryan and Emily by name.
