To say that David and Bolton Services went above and beyond doesn’t really cover it, David saved our me twice in one visit. To start - I am a first time home buyer who moved in less than a month ago and still learning about my home. One afternoon both of my toilets were leaking from the base and water was coming up into the bathtub. I called quite a few plumbers trying to get someone to come ASAP but was told it was a two day wait. I called Bolton Services as 3 and David was here by 5. He easily discovered what the problem was and explained his plan to fix it. While explaining to us the plan I stepped in a rotted part of my deck and fell through, causing my leg to be stuck between the boards. David immediately got a crow bar to help me get out! Before leaving for the night he double checked to make sure I was OK. The next morning he was back bright and early and fixed our issues faster than we could have hoped. After he explained what next steps we may need to take to prevent issues again and even went over a possible cost breakdown of that. David really made a great impression with his quickness, knowledge, and helpfulness. Bolton Services has earned a customer for life.

****** came to install a new water heater. He was outstanding. Job well done, clean and very professional. He did explain every step, including a request to install a PRV, which my house did not have. I did request to increase the water pressure and he did it with no problem by going in the crawl space again... Very pleased.

Frank and Kenny did a wonderful job on our master bathroom installation. We hired them to install a new shower head in our existing shower. The job required removing some existing drywall, running new pex piping, and installing hardware through the existing shower tile. They did a great job with minimal disruption to the existing walls and shower. They also were able to do the entire project in a single day and for half the price I was quoted by other service providers. Highly recommend! Brian was also wonderful in responding to my questions prior to hiring Bolton.

The small HVAC company we've used for years is in the process of moving out of the area, so when our heat pump stopped working in the recent ice storm, they recommended we contact Bolton. I called Bolton about 8:00 am the next day (Monday) and a technician was here by 9:00. Our tech, *****, methodically diagnosed the problem and we had heat by 11:30. Bolton was quick to respond to our situation, and ***** was exceptionally qualified, courteous and professional. I would gladly use Bolton again for service and/or new installation work.

David and his team were on time and professional. I used another major Plumbing Company in Raleigh first and that was a big mistake. The first company sent out three technicians, put two holes in my bathroom wall and ceiling and showed me a video of the leak and said they would have to take out the bath tub to fix the leak, but said they could not do it and after $900 left without fixing it. I should of called Bolton first and will not make that mistake again. David and his other technician (Forgot his name sorry) took a look at it and said they could do the job no problem and were done in under 2 hours the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you Bolton Team I will use you in the future and recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers!

I called Bolton to replace our old, leaking water heater--they quickly scheduled our appointment that morning. Billy S. was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous--super nice guy. We had a water main break on a Friday at 2:00. Billy was able to come out within a couple hours, put in a temporarily line and saved us from being without water over the weekend. The information they provided was accurate and complete and they were able to quickly set an appointment for a full repair. One of the other local companies we quoted told us it would be three weeks before they could even come out to look at the water main break. They didn't care that we'd be without water for the entire time. So thankful for Bolton coming out so quickly and doing such a great job.

We have been with Bolton Service going on 26 years, and some Technicians are good and some are just ok, but Bill S. is GREAT ,AND NOW I HAVE FOUND A SECOND ONE THAT HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE ON THE LAST TWO VISITS Aaron S. he always goes beyond what any other Technician has ever done in the past. Aaron S.always explains things and the other day while working on the Outside AC unit he smelled Gas and I had to call DOMINION ENERGY to get a Technician out to fix the Leak, then Aaron found where the contacts on the relay was not making sound connection and was able to find a problem and fix it before it broke and would have caused more money and headaches. I would like to have AARON S as my PM Technician from here on. AARON has a great work ethic and it seems like that is becoming more rare today.

Mother received notification from the city that there may be a possible issue that's causing a slow leak for her water meter. Reached out to Bolton Service that evening and by the next morning, we had a technician, Billy Soares, at our home to assess the concern. Billy was more than professional. He was polite. He was courteous and when reviewing the cause of the leak and the price to repair the issue, he transparent and explained everything fully. Moreover, Billy was quick in resolving the issue! I would highly recommend Bolton Services for any plumbing concerns that you may have with your home.

He fixed our issue quickly but thoroughly-giving us options and tips along the way-and he was a pleasure to talk to after what was a stressful experience before he arrived. Quality clean work!
