Have had my heating and air conditioner inspected and serviced by Mitchell after being impressed with his work on another house for a friend. Totally satisfied with his integrity, and took his recommendation to replace a twenty two year old heating and air conditioning system for myself. Since then, have also recommended him by name to my neighbor to inspect his similarly aged system as well. I believe Blue Stream to have a good reputation and find that they respect and highly value and protect that rare commodity. Ask for Mitchell, and I think you'd find he'll impress you too.

We recently contracted with Blue Stream Services to install a HVAC system in our Belleville home. Several years ago, we used their services when we owned a home in Troy, Illinois. Then, as now, we are very happy with the quality of the work they performed and the equipment they installed. We selected Blue Stream Services for several reasons. One, they are honest and don’t try to oversell you on a product. Two, they guide you through the selection process and will assist in arranging financing. Three, the technicians know exactly what they are doing. Four, they don’t just leave when the job is done, they happily take care of product registration and any rebates. After Having been scammed by our home warranty company for replacement of a hot water heater that broke, we also had them install a new unit the same day. This came on the heels of being without hot water for thirteen days while trying to coordinate the fix with the warranty company. What that company couldn’t, or wouldn’t, do in almost two weeks, Blue Stream Services took care of in hours. We cannot say enough about the relationship we have had with Blue Stream over the years. To not recommend them would be a disservice to the community who may need their services.

VERY professional. I was pleased with the efficiency that both servicemen showed. Explained everything in layman's terms. The annual program offered is a plus , otherwise I would forget to keep up the proper maintenance.

We have used Blue Stream many times over the years. Our most recent service was inconsistent with our expectation. John, however, went beyond making it right. Their customer service is beyond belief. Please use them. We will again!

I didn't feel pressured like with other heating and cooling companies and I felt secure in my decision to call them! Great company with amazing employees! Blue Stream Services Inc. is amazing! I had a call in to another company about my Air Conditioner. I had felt pressured to call the other company in the first place because they had just pressured me into replacing my furnace in October of 2017. Long story short I called Blue Stream instead and was told a technician would be out between 12-2 (This was on a Sunday). *** showed up to the house at 12:20! I immediately called the other company and canceled! Rob was nice, courteous and answered all of our questions! He went above and beyond and we were up and running in an hour from start to finish! I never felt pressured and I never felt as though he was trying to "sell" me something. He knew how to trouble shoot and certainly knew how to fix the problem! I appreciate not on him but this company! I called later to brag about him and Tammy answered the phone! It seems everyone that works here is nice as well as sincere!

I didn't sign up to have the repairman try to sell me hundreds and even thousands of dollars worth of repairs for a system that is working fine to me. I didn't appreciate the sales job at all. If an item is broken, fine, then I will have it fixed. I am very close to canceling my service with BlueStream just because of the effort that was made to outline several different sales options for a new furnace/air conditioner when what I have is working fine. I don't want a sales job every time they show up to check my system, and if that continues, then I WILL DEFINITELY CANCEL.

He answered all our questions in great detail and was able to do a health check of our entire HVAC systems. He presented us with multiple options and did not press a sale. Hands down the best customer service we've ever had. Our only concern was the price of the replacement part (s), and how comparable it is to other companies in the area. We will check a couple other places to verify/compare, but Rob definitely made an impression. Thank you!

The first night I emailed the company for a quote on a new furnace during the coldest weeks we have had this winter, I had an immediate response back that they would call me in the morning. They also offered to bring me out heaters. When John arrived the next day, he offered me a solution that saved me $3000 for the time being. It was great to work with him and Amanda. I would 110% recommend this company to everyone! If you are looking for a company that is honest and cares, this is it!!

I am always normally one who likes excellent customer service. Blue Stream provided that. The customer service rep who took my call was awesome. She was very friendly and cared about my issue. She also kept her word and called me back to let me know that the technician was on his way. John came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed my problem. The problem I had was minor but John took the time to pick up the part that was needed to fix my furnace. My experience with blue Stream heating and cooling was awesome I would recommend them to anyone that has heating or cooling issues with their home. Way to go blue stream heating and cooling. They definitely get my recommendation !!!!!! Thank you.
