I cannot explain how wonderful Kenny was. He was professional, knowledgeable and just fantastic. My son, who is 14, loves to see how machines work and Kenny took the time to explain everything he was doing. Absolutely will recommend Kenny and DuctCare to EVERYONE!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company!! From my first phone encounter with them for booking my appointment, to the very last encounter which was them leaving after the job for air duct and dryer vent cleanings. Kenny R. and Stacy, the employee he was training had excellent personalities; kind and reassuring and pleasant throughout the entire visit. Kenny R. was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me using before and after photos to aid him. They did a great job on the cleanings and I have the before and after pictures to show it! They also cleaned up after themselves. After the job I was given a checklist of everything they were required to do which required me to confirm. Also, Kenny went above and beyond when I asked him how to take my vacuum apart for cleaning and put it back together! What a guy! What a company!! If you hire this company you will know you are in the best of hands! Ask for Kenny R. for a wonderful experience! ️️️️️

My expierence with Better Air was fantastic! My technician was Tyrone and he couldn't have done a more professional job. He arrived right at the beginning of the service call window and called when he was within a few minutes of arriving. He was very courteous and respectful of not only me but my home as well. He explained the job in a very thorough manner so there were no surprises and I would understand the complete job. I am very happy with the results of the work done and not only would I recommend Better Air, and Tyrone, to everyone but i will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Tyrone was our tech, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely thorough, sent before/after photos and provided a great description of the work he was doing. Today we had our house air system cleaned by Better Air . Kenneth was very professional and explained all that he was going to do. I'm a Hvac tech but I don't have the time or knowledge of have to start to clean ducts...one of my coworkers told me about Better Air and to give them a call ...not even 10min when by and I got a call right way set my appointment with them ...they were there on time and they when about and beyond...thanks guys job well done

My technician was Mario, who kept his word, and returned the next day to complete the job. He did a very good cleaning of the A/C condenser (it now looks new on the inside), and the inflow & out flow air ducts are ready for another ~8 years before they need cleaning. At last, he sent me before & after pictures and videos of the job, that I was able to pass onto a buyer of my home, to satisfy the home inspection requirement.

The appointment was a little rushed. I don’t feel as though things were explained very thoroughly as I would have liked given this was my first experience with them. There was tons of dirt and dust left behind on my washer, dryer and floor that was not cleaned up and I did not discover this until after they left. All in all, I do not feel as if the duct cleaning that was done was worth over $500.
