Always great service. It was 20 below this morning when we woke up with no heat. A serviceman was here within 2 hours and had the furnace working in less than an hour. I am very impressed. We have been dealing with Applewood for 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their installation of our furnace and airconditioning and the service they have provided since.

I recently had my central air conditioning serviced in which a part had to be replaced . I dealt with Pam , customer service representative, for ordering the part and going over the costs of the job . . She was professional, courteous, very understanding and kept me informed every step of the way. Pam went above and beyond to insure that my job was completed on time and on budget even though there were shipping delays out of their control due to covid 19 . It was a pleasure dealing with Applewood, due their professionalism and highly recommend the technicians and customer service. Not only will I be recommending them to all my friends and family I will definitely be calling them for any future service work.

Terrible experience overall, was promised the job to be completed in 2 days, took them 4 days which I didn’t realize meant 4 days with no heat in our house, with 2 little children wasn’t great. On top of that the boiler (our heat source they changed) quit that night and left us frozen. They came back the following day.. told us it was repaired and it quit that night once again. They came back again and said parts were needed and left us hanging for a week. Very unimpressed and absolutely bottom of the barrel service. Don’t recommend using them unless you have no choice.

Matt and Aaron are exceptional workers who did a great job of installing my heat tape and thermostat. They worked quickly and efficiently, explaining costs and procedures in a language I could understand. I highly recommend Applewood to anyone with plumbing, heating , and electrical needs.

Showed up on the stated time, went right to work, Ran into a coil problem and had the one that would fit delivered to him in an hour, even when he thought it would not be until the next day for my A/C to be up and running. Very Happy with the installation of our new Lennox Furnace and Lennox higher seer Air condition. We find more even heat throughout our house and waiting to see how our Air conditioning unit will perform this summer. Furnace is very quiet and most of the time we don't even know its running. Keep up the good work.

Gord Renfrow was great........very professional, courteous and thorough........nothing left to question. Alex and Jim on Installation and Danny on Service were very good, explained everything and totally focused on customer satisfaction.........minor concerns regarding installation were corrected.................could not be more pleased with everything.
