I would not use them again, quoted me 263.00 to snake a drain for 10 minutes. It's my own fault for paying , but was leaving town and had to get the work done. I think the plumbers are told raise to prices once on site, since they don't charge a fee to come out and give you an estimate. Update, Talked to Steve and had a good discussion I am changing to 5 stars.

Great & professional service. Alvy replaced a defective kitchen faucet and also replaced the valves & associated hardware for the bathrooms sinks and toilets. He made sure everything was done correctly, no leaks and explained everything he did. Very thorough service. Everything was cleaned up when he left. Even my dog started to warm up to him at the end! I recommend Alvy & Al Coronado Plumbing.

Jesus replaced the sewer line and all of the connections in my mobile home. He also replaced the bathroom toilet. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. To BBB and Al Coronado Plumbing, I just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience with Al Coronado’s installation of a new water heater at our home in Marana, AZ. Upon noticing my water heater malfunctioning and leaking, I called two local plumbing companies that have worked on my home in the past, but they were unable to schedule a technician to visit. My third call was to your company, later the same night, and Jaycee picked up. She was very friendly and helpful - and told me not to worry and that one of the technicians will be stopping by my home early in the morning. Early the next morning, Eli M., came by and quickly assessed the problem, answered all my questions, and gave me a choice of service options. Eli was professional and did an excellent job of explaining the scope of work - which is very important to me. After I selected my preferred service option, I was immediately scheduled for a new water heater replacement the very next day! The next morning Jesus G., arrived with a new water heater, all the accessories, and all the necessary tools he needed for the project. Jesus was focused and a complete professional. In a few hours, our household had a new water heater, hot water, and a install that was much better (and cleaner) than the original - plus it met all the latest building codes! (About 10 minutes after Jesus was done, the second company called me to schedule a visit - I told them that they were too late ... Al Coronado already took care of us) The next morning Eli came back to perform a follow-up inspection to verify the work was done to his satisfaction. I have never experienced a follow-up visit before - I am impressed with Al Coronado Plumbing’s high level of quality standards! Andy replaced the lavatory taps, installed new water pipes, and turn-off knobs for the lavatory. He answered my questions about the replacement process. Brought all equipment needed and left nothing behind. Clean, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Andy also previously repaired my shower tap and plumbing for the shower.
