From start to finish, Air Dynamics provided high-quality, excellent service in replacing out our 27 year old air conditioner/furnace and replacing with new. Our installers were Ryan and Brian. They were prompt, detailed and stayed on task for the full project. There were a few extras that were required for our new furnace and Ryan and Brian tailored those few extras with no extra charge. We even had a few HOA hiccups and this team at Air Dynamics were ready to accommodate us-thanks to Paul-he quickly provided documentation our HOA requested during install! The team successfully completed the project same day and on time. Once everything was completed, our new system was reviewed with us. The billing process was handled by Cassie and she was very thoughtful and attentive. Jennifer handled general questions and quickly routed any questions in the inception of the project. A few days after project completion, Jennifer again followed up to inquire what our experience was like, if we had any issues (we didn’t) and was genuinely interested in how they could improve the customer experience. The professionalism, outstanding customer service, and price is what made us choose Air Dynamics and it will be the reason we stick with them on their home maintenance plan. We have used Air Dynamics for 4 years, ever since we moved into our new house. We especially like supporting local businesses. Air Dynamics is outstanding. During this last visit for our AC maintenance, we had David L. as our technician. He was punctual (actually a little early), called before he was to arrive, was efficient, clean (it rained right before he arrived and he was great about not tracking in dirt, grass, and stuff), explained everything clearly, and provided us with information we asked for regarding duct cleaning. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Air Dynamics and with David L as the latest technician to work with us.

My A/C went out Tuesday night (8/2). Called the morning of Wednesday (8/3). I was given a service window from 11-1pm. After making the appointment the office called to give me updates on when Paul would arrive at my house. This was so helpful and really a surprise, when given a service window i am use to just waiting and guessing when a person would arrive. Paul was at my house around 12. Paul quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my A/C, provided detailed options on how to move forward with the repair. After I made my decision he was able to complete the repair that afternoon in about 1 hour. Will use this company again for yearly maintenance for not only my A/C but for my furnace as well. Paul was great at explaining what he was going to look at , what the issue was and my options. I never felt that he was being pushy or trying to upcharge me on anything. Highly recommend this company.

All the technicians that came out to diagnose our AC issues and install a new AC unit for us were professional, kind, and took their time to explain everything. We couldn't be there in person when they diagnosed the issue but both Cassie and the technician called us and explained everything. When they installed the new unit they did a great job keeping everything in the house clean and cleaning up everything where they were doing work outside. Highly recommend Air Dynamics.

Air Dynamics came out to do HVAC duct/vent cleaning and also dryer vent cleaning. Dave did a great job and he answered all the questions I had. He showed me before and after photos, which I appreciated. He seemed knowledgeable on his job. He wore shoe covers and didn't leave anything behind. Thanks Dave! With a real feel temp of 107 degrees, he came on his own and powered through installing our new AC system, with not one complaint when our house got up to 97!! The team that came out yesterday was truly amazing! Ryan, Adam, and David were all complete professionals and Air Dynamics is lucky to have them! They were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were here at 8am and finished up at 5:30pm. Ryan and Adam installed my new Wi-Fi thermostat along with replacing my 21 year old AC and furnace. David did a whole home duct cleaning. It was at least 90° today and I don’t know how they did it in that heat! I am very happy with the work down by all of them and will definitely be recommending Air Dynamics to everyone!

Air Dynamics was amazing. We moved into our new house on a Friday, called a few companies to come look at our furnace. The first company told us we needed to replace it and gave a very high quote. We called air dynamics to get a quote, and see what the possibility of getting a furnace asap. It was cold in the house and we have a newborn in the house, so we felt it an emergency to get the house heated. Since we already knew we needed it replaced, they did not charge us for the inspections. Dan came and looked at ours, confirmed we needed it replaced and gave us a quote nearly half the price of the other company (same brand furnace too). Dan was super professional, polite, friendly and helpful. The next day, on a Saturday, two gentlemen came in and replaced our furnace and did a duct cleaning. The two gentlemen that came out were incredible. Polite, professional and clean!! They worked around us as we were moving in that day. Will 100% have them back for service and be first choice for any work. Would recommend to anyone. They even sent delicious fresh baked cookies after :).
