If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. Another company, that I would love to name, but won't, had pressured me into believing that my furnace had a heat exchanger that was so rusted out that it was a safety hazard. The technician told me he was "thinking about red tagging it." Talked to them about a new furnace to be given overpriced options. I followed my gut and sought a second opinion from Advantage Air. Jennifer in the office was great to work with and got me quickly scheduled - thank you! Mike quickly diagnosed the problem - a bad thermocouple - got my old furnace working perfectly, and I paid $349 for his service and signing up with Advantage's maintenance plan. Mike and Advantage took a huge weight off my mind that I can get this furnace through another season safely. I would recommend them to anyone. They are responsive, efficient HVAC experts who are honest and up front. Thank you, Mike and Advantage Air!

I can't say enough great things about the level of service we received from the Advantage Air LLC team. From the very start they were extremely helpful and did a fabulous job throughout the process. Michelle, Jennifer and Bobby were our main contacts. All were great. They even took care of sending us the energy rebate paperwork, which we wouldn't have known about otherwise. Highly recommend using Advantage Air.

Same day furnace replacement with cracked heat exchanger. Since the A/C and water heater were also 24 years old asked for the additional cost. Mike and Bobby were great in getting it done ASAP and did a very nice job.

Service has always been speedy and professional and Jennifer in Customer Service was extremely accommodating. When I explained to her what I considered an emergency situation she had her repair person there within 30 minutes.

I want to start by saying that my experience with the technicians was wonderful. Dana is great and I worked with her previously. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help you feel satisfied. If you decide to go with this company I would recommend that you request Dana as your technician. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist and business owner was not as pleasant. The receptionist made a few numerical errors when entering my credit card information in for a few payments (diagnostic test and 25% down payment), over the phone. I repeatedly gave her the correct information, yet she continued to have problems with my card not working properly. I called my bank to verify that it was not my card, or my account creating problems. My bank told me that the three digit security code was being entered in incorrectly. So, I know the issue with the credit card not going through, was not a problem on my end. Eventually, she was able to use my card and make the payment. The same receptionist, who I had been dealing with previously , was unsure if my credit card would work properly, the day of installation (the following day). The receptionist called me twice the day of installation, once at 8:00 AM and once around 10:30 AM. Both calls were to make sure that my credit card would work properly, even though the receptionist and I both knew that my card worked because she was able to receive my down payment for my new HVAC unit, the previous day. The first time she called I told her everything should work properly and that I would make my final payment when the work was completed (as discussed the day before). The second time she called I was frustrated. I felt harassed. Why was she calling me more than once? Did she not understand that the credit card issue was her fault? I eventually spoke with the business manager about warranty details (at the time I did not realize she was the owner), she apologized repeatedly, yet denied that her receptionist was harassing me about payment. It seemed to methat their was a lack in communication. The owner was under the impression that her receptionist not only tried my card over the phone, but that one of the technicians tried to physically run my card, both times failing to go through. This was not the case. No one physically ran my credit card. It ended up being a bunch of drama that I didn’t want to be a part of. The only reason I decided to use this company, to purchase my new HVAC, was because I appreciate Dana and her hard work!
