Mike came this week to repair my unit. It's been a several years since he was here last and it was good to talk with him again. As expected he did a wonderful job servicing my A/C. Employees like Mike are a real asset to any company and Action is blessed with many others like him. I've been an Action customer for many years and have always had excellent service.

Christian is a superb service pro. He is highly skilled and personable. We recently had some major work on our air handler and Christian repaired it quickly and at a fair price (less than the estimate). He communicates well about his appointments and is always on time. I don't think you could possibly find a more able, intelligent individual in this field. Thanks to all at AA.

Action Air conditioning has been our "Go-To" A/C company for longer than I can remember. They have always been straight forward and honest with us. We have shopped Action's prices and can never beat them. Joandy has to be the friendliest technician I know. He knows what he is doing and has taken great care of us. Ricky and Dylan were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done. They made sure we knew what was being done and left the work area spotless when they were finished. Hans was EXEMPLARY...especially considering he was given one of the most difficult of assignments - the dreaded "the unit WAS doing this, but now it's acting fine". Hans was meticulous in his diagnosis of the problem (fan motor running non-stop for 5 days...but started working properly again several hours before he arrived). Step by step analysis uncovered first a loose connection, and then a bad thermostat. He "hung in there" until he was sure that ALL the issues were resolved. Friendly, thorough, extremely personable...would be HAPPY to have him out here to work on our unit again if it becomes necessary!!! If there were six stars to give, he would be a SIX.

Want to thank Matt B. for resolving my incorrect Lennox 7500 thermostat reading, which has been going on since my the installation of my A/C unit. Matt was very professional & friendly during this service call, and really appreciate his resolve.
