Prompt service. Came the same day we called to give us estimate.Explained our options. They installed the next day. Very accommodating and efficient. Explained operation instructions well. Removed old unit and cleaned away all debris. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolute Air has been a great company to work with. They installed our new unit two years ago. Today, Johnny came out to do a check-up on our system. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was very thorough and explained things along the way. He took his time unlike other service providers we have used. He even offered to turn my registers around because the painters put them back pointing in the wrong direction. Now, that's going the extra mile! This company knows what it takes to have happy customers and repeat clients!

Johnny kept me up-to-date on his progress and check with me at every point before my service was performed so there were no unexpected costs involved. He did a great job. Both were extremely courteous with great customer service. I will absolutely use Absolute Air when I need AC or heating service in the future.
