We could not recommend Above and Beyond Electrical, and John and his apprentice Jensen enough! We recently bought a home and had quite a list of electrical needs. These included switching out light fixtures, putting in an outlet in a closet, and adding an outlet higher above the other one. Some of our wiring was old school and were lacking a base as well as our TV media closet needing some serious wiring problem solving going through the upstairs bonus room and attic. John and Jensen were responsible, respectful, knowledgeable and on time (15 mins early actually!!). They handled all of our heavy light fixtures with care as well. We will definitely be using them again!

Due to a fire and grounding hazard in the meter box, I was without power on Friday afternoon, before July 4th weekend. Despite the last minute notice on a busy day leading into a holiday weekend, Nathan and his crew came out that afternoon, and I had power again by 5:15 that evening. They were all very friendly, and the work was very well done. Several days later, when I began to have problems again, Nathan came back out after hours to personally assess and repair the problem, which was in the breaker box this time. I'm very impressed and would recommend this company as professional and courteous.

I recently needed to have electrical service installed for the dehumidifier in my home's crawlspace. John explained that he could easily have the power routed to the circuit panel instead of installing a separate 110-volt power outlet. He did a great job. He was very professional and performed the work in a very short period of time. I am very pleased.

John was on time,, very professional and friendly when doing the upgrade to our main panel. He worked quickly, neatly, and efficiently. He answered all my questions. We tested the functionality of the system after the upgrade. Everything worked perfectly. I would gladly do business with Above and Beyond Electric again. We had been accumulating a long list of non-urgent electrical repairs/upgrades but had been stalling on contracting the work because our electrician had moved. We were certain we couldn't replace his high quality service. A bath reno required a fixture install so we bit the bullet and contacted Above and Beyond. Now we're kicking ourselves that we waited so long because Rob at Above and Beyond truly is a "Light Magician"! He installed a chandelier and can lights, moved outlets, got the unsightly wires from a mounted tv behind the tv so they aren't hanging down any more, moved the outlets around our garage doors so there weren't ugly hanging wires and fixed a burned up outside outlet on a lamp post....the list goes on and on, and he can do it ALL! Nice, thoughtful, and motivated by a desire to do things the right way to prevent any future problems is the way this company operates. If you need an electrician, call Above and Beyond!

John H was our technician and indeed he is a light ninja specialist. We had several small projects around the house that needed fixing. He took the time to explain to me the why things were happening and how to maintain our canister lights to avoid future issues. I would welcome him in our home again.

I would give my overall experience with Above and Beyond Electric and EXCELLENT!!! Customer service was pleasant when scheduling the initial appointment & sent courteous email & text reminders. They even worked around my schedule so I could open & lock the residence. I also received a courtesy text when the electricians were in route to my home. John and Zach were always on time and did a wonderful job on updating my 1948 home's 2-prong electrical outlets up to code with 3-prong outlets. I only had 2 outlets in each room & they upgraded all rooms with at least 4 outlets each. Besides updating outlets, they also replaced the meter, raised the outside electrical line that was too low, and removed unused cable lines. I would most certainly give them a call first if ever in need of electrical repairs again. I would also highly recommend them to others.
