He was friendly and patient with all my questions and left me much better informed about my system and basic things I should be doing to maintain its health. Tod did a great job for me. A couple days ago, all the toilets in my home were backing up. I called ABT and Tod was there within an hour and had the main line cleared and toilets were flushing! There was an anamoly with the main line. Tod came back today and inspected with a camera and decided a section of the line had to be replaced where it went into the septic tank. He completed the job in one day and all is well. He was very kind and patient and answered all my questions as the job proceeded.

We contacted ABT to have our HVAC system inspected to ensure there were no issues for the winter. They found that the system had been converted to Propane incorrectly. They contacted Carrier who is the manufacturer of our system and received clear instructions on what to look for in case of damage. They corrected the problem with the propane conversion and checked the Heat Exchange manifold to ensure it was not damaged. They spoke with Carrier about the warranty on the system and were told that as long as they corrected the improper conversion the the warranty would not be affected. These 2 technicians went out of their way to ensure that our system was running properly and that the warranty would not be affected. They were very professional in how they handled themselves and explained everything they were doing. The upside to this is that once the propane conversion was installed correctly we have noticed that the system is a lot more efficient. Prior to them fixing this issue it would take the system approximately 45 minutes to heat the house from 63 to 68 degrees. After the issue was corrected it now takes about 20 minutes for the system to heat the house from 63 to 68 degrees. We highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

We like the way Todd Riley did his work... Extremely efficient and we want you to know this... We are still working to resolve the problem of a Moen kitchen faucet having fell apart in right in front of our eyes several mornings ago when getting breakfast started and causing an explosion of water throughout our kitchen... We could not turn the water off under the sink and Todd said those valves needed to be replaced which he did yesterday Sunday, December 1... He then rebuilt our Moen kitchen faucet with a few more parts than Johnny had put in several days ago, another one of your workers... Today, Monday December 2, 2019 Todd Riley shopped for a new Moen kitchen faucet to replace the one we have because he feels our older Moen faucet has several weak places within it and could suddenly fall apart again, or continue to leak water... However, we are in the process of seeing if the Moen factory will replace our kitchen faucet at no cost to us, before we install the new kitchen faucet that Todd Riley purchased today for us... The new Moen kitchen faucet that Todd Riley purchased and showed us today is about as close a likeness as you will find out there to what we have, but we will see what the Moen factory has to say about this before going ahead with selecting an alike replacement...
