This is the 3rd time (since 2016) that Eddie R has serviced my AC unit. He is prompt, clearly knowledgeable, skilled, and exceptionally polite. He explains everything in layman's terms and makes sure the system is running 100% properly before leaving. Also, Chris (Kris?) the scheduler is friendly and polite. I have a feeling the whole company is this way. I would give 6 stars if I could.

So happy we called AA Atlas for our water heater problem. We had previously used this company for a clogged bathroom pipe and were quite pleased. Over the past several months our water heater started vibrating the pipes throughout the house when the burner would come on to heat the water. This would create a loud rumbling noise. Checking on the internet informed us that we were supposed to have been flushing the water heater of sediment and now it was 4 years too late because the sediment had built up and was causing problems and, at this point, would not flush out. We called out AA Atlas to check it out and when Bryan took the burner unit out of the water heater it was corroded and rusted by leaking water from the water heater tank. We decided to get a new water heater from AA Atlas Plumbing and also informed Bryan about how the old water heater piping was not secure and easily moved in the wall. Bryan was very conscientious and did a good job of finding out why our previous water heater was not secure. Apparently when it was installed available screw downs for flanging in the wall were not utilized and the bolts for the water heater strapping were not actually mounted into the studs. He fixed both of these issues and the new water heater is nice and firmly fixed. We also appreciated that we received a pre-arrival phone call that Bryan was on his way and he arrived as scheduled. This a family business and they obviously take great pride in their company and care about their customers.

We woke up to find water leaking out of our disposal. Called Atlas at 7:00AM and someone was in office to help us. Had Mike out by 10:00AM and all fixed by 11:30AM. Mike was kind, respectful, helpful and most pleasant to be around. When he tested his work, there was one small problem and he fixed it without charging us more. Thank you Atlas. So its Saturday midday and a pipe by an upstairs toilet bursts. At least I knew how to shut off the main line. We call the home warranty company, and after 3 hours they can't get anybody to come fix it. So they tell us that we can call any fully licensed and insured company and they will reimburse us. So on Saturday afternoon I call all around getting no answer, but a couple that will likely call back later. But when I called AA Atlas, they offered to send Mike out who would give a free estimate! He is out within an hour. Super nice guy!! Professional and knowledgeable. He fixes everything cheerfully and within the home warranty budget. (BTW, another vendor called back and said it would be a $150 trip charge plus gave an estimate over $100 more that Mike charged.) I have dealt with so many repair folks in the last year, and I could wish that any of them met the standard set by Mike! Thanks so much!!

We lost our hot water on Saturday morning and called the company that installed and repaired it in previous years. The company's recording said it was open only M-F, so we had to suffer through three days of cold showers. When we called the company Monday morning, we were told they no longer service the type of water heater they installed in our home. We called AA Atlas and received a warm, understanding reception. The office gal said a technician would be at our house between 10 a.m. and noon the same morning. Charles G arrived at 10 a.m. He was able to diagnose that our not-quite-nine-year-old water heater had been leaking for some time, and the only option was replacement. He was back with the new water heater in less than an hour, and he was on his way by 1 p.m. Great job! We definitely would call AA Atlas for future plumbing needs.
