Bob was AMAZING!!! He was able to unplug the drain without having to use the snake etc. which saved me money. He also gave me suggestions as to how to avoid this in the future. Plus, he saved me quite a bit of money by explaining that the faucets under the sink did not have to be replaced. I really appreciated him for doing that. His co-worker (John) was great too! They called ahead to say they were on their way. They fixed the problem right away. Both were very professional, kind and courteous. I have used 4 Star Plumbing in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Thank you Bob and John!

Alex was very professional, they came within the hour I called and didn’t want to leave after drain was unclogged in fear of another problem with plumbing. He asked if we ever had a camera put in the pipes which we haven’t and offered it at a discounted price and I’m glad he did because there was another clog in a different pipe. Alex went above and beyond - addressed our issues and on his own initiative made the effort to register the products with manufacturer for warranty issues. Before leaving the jobsite he took the time to clearly explain what he did, how it worked and what we would need to do moving forward as far as maintenance was concerned. They even wore covers over their shoes when they entered my house, so respectful and thoughtful. They worked in the pouring rain just to make sure I had water in my house for my children. I recently bought my new house and 2 weeks after I noticed that we leak a leak near the bath room in first floor and I called 4 Star Plumbing Services. The technician came on time and started working on the issue. Eddie Singleton is the master specialist on find leak and provide accurate details about what the findings are and told me where the leak is located in the house. He found that the issue was not in my house and it was in my neighbor apartment. Eddie S. is very knowledgeable in what he is doing. He did a great job. I can conclude that 4 Star Plumbing Services has the best Technician to serve you. I appreciate your finding Eddie. You save me a lot. The only thing is price is a little higher than my expectation for just to find the leak. As you know good service required money. Thanks.

Everyone in this company that I came into contact with was helpful, friendly and professional. Alex A was beyond great!
