Jose and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to repairing water damage done by an ice dam this winter. Jose communicated all the way through the process and would show up everyday when he said he'd be there. They were able to get the problem solved quickly and efficiently - we very much appreciate their and 24Restore's help!

The carpet/vinyl layer. Day one he started out fairly well. He did rip quite a hole in my carpet which I agreed to let slide as it was located in a place which would receive no traffic. This agreement included him laying vinyl in my entire hallway, if there was enough delivered. OH! There was plenty +. However he was in such a foul mood on day two, that didn't happen. He rushed out while I was away at the store. Effort carpet seam is very visible and in the transition from one room to another the seam from the PAD is horribly visible, resulting in total view of three delineations from one room into the other. He also laid the vinyl. He did not bother make certain that the base and the transition strip met. There is a 1/4" gap which always collects any dirt. If they tell you 'Adam D' is coming, tell them no thanks.

This female is beyond words. She left insulting, unprofessional emails, threatened going to court several times all while accusing me of fraud. This fraud accusation came about as a result of what 24Restore's bank did. I had no knowledge of any problems until I received her voice mails. Avoid having to deal with her at all costs.

My home flooded from a broken pipe January 11, 2022. I was not able to live in my home for the next five months. The 24Restore mitigation team came in and did an excellent job of cleaning up from the flood. That is where anything good about 24Restore ends. I requested an estimate for restoration. Jason Bates, project manager came and told me they don't do estimates. Said he was told not to leave the premises without a signed contract. The mitigation team had done such a good job, so I signed having every intention of canceling if other estimates brought theirs into question. Work proceeded finally in mid-April. I was NEVER advised when someone was going to be on site-even though Bates had PROMISED that I would be contacted the day before. Work didn't last long as Bates had ordered the wrong carpeting. He lied profusely hat he was right, offered a discount to keep his. I refused and work was delayed another two weeks. Nothing to expedite the work and my insurance was running out. Supposedly there was a project manager assigned so that work would be completed in the proper order. It was not. For example, the carpet layer arrived, but none of the furniture had been moved yet. I was told me that the work areas not being properly prepped was the norm. I had get others to move my furniture back in, those who were supposed to arrived a date LATE. They left my front door hanging wide open. ince May 26th I have had to fight their charges as there was close to $5000 of work billed that was never done. Nor have they ever come back to correct their poor workmanship, of which pictures of everything were provided. If there had been competent project manager, what ensued would never have happened, as he knew what was or was not done. The operations manager came to my home, completely unprepared. He advised he was there to "help" me understand and pick up a check. He got no check. His final words were "GOOD RIDDANCE"! I have been constantly dunned for money. Accused of fraud. Been insulted by the AR girl, Kristie Nelson and never any apology for what they have put me through and the attempted fraud they tried to pull off.

Carpet guy-s were just great. Really hard worker who knew what he was doing. Content workers today are terrific, just as they were moving everything out of the basement. I couldn’t be happier with how this project has been handled, and the quality of every worker who has made this all happen. Thank you for all your support. 24Restore was quick to respond to my panicked call when my dishwasher made it rain in my basement. They came to my house within 90 minutes and began the clean up and drying process that same night. I had to call them 3 weeks later when I had another plumbing disaster that flooded the other half of my basement. Again, the crew was quick to respond and take action. Brandon K and his team of professionals have made the restoration process as easy and as stress free as a basement disaster can be! He's been very responsive and the entire process has been much smoother than I had anticipated. While my project isn't 100% complete just yet, the work done so far has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brandon and 24Restore.

Jason Batts the PM has been helpful in guiding us though the basement bathroom rebuild. He has done a good job explaining the work that will need to be done and also the order in which it will need to be completed. Jason is also quick to respond to any questions we have. This really helps to take some of the anxiety out of it.

Jose Torres was our jefe grande on this mitigation project and he was amazing. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the quick, yet thorough education he gave me as a homeowner about what needed to be done and in what order. My husband remarked about how these guys were wiping down chair legs even, leaving our kitchen better than they found it. As a mom of four it was appreciated that they were timely with a call ahead to let me know they were on their way so I could get my little children situated and out of the way. Thank you, Jose, his crew and 24restore! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Addition: We were saddened that after our initial great experience on the mitigation end we were sorely disappointed with the customer service on the restoration side of things. After communication difficulties and mixed messages from our project manager, Sean H., we asked 24restore if we could be reassigned. We were told no. It is common for any service provider to be flexible in switching for a better fit to get the job done regardless of the industry. We were disheartened by our experience. I’m reading reviews of awesome PM’s they have. Wish we would have gotten one of them! ⭐️⭐️

Worst company ever. Never sign a contract with 24Restore until you have an itemized list, plus cost, written on it. Call your insurance company and ask if they will cover that cost. If not, they will overcharge you and when the insurance company won't pay their outrageous prices, they come after you. They abandoned our project and left my house with no siding, the interior completely unfinished, and wanted thousands of dollars more to finish it. Horrible customer service. Never use this ripoff company.

We had a fire in June 2021. The next day we had a salesman from 24Restore come to our house, without us contacting them. He told us they would do all the work with the insurance company and get our house repaired. Unfortunately, I signed the contract for them to do the work. Big mistake. After they went through all the insurance money, they demanded I give them thousands of dollars to finish the job. They would not finish the job, so, my house was left with no siding on it, the inside completely torn apart. I had to hire another company to at least get the siding on and put the trim and baseboard on the inside. The siding still needs to be painted and new carpet installed. I had another company come and give me an estimate as to what they would charge for the work that 24 Restore did finish. It was half of what 24 Restore charged the insurance company. 24 Restore even tried to charge for work they didn't do. After threats of having to go to court, with all their costs paid by me, I paid them what they were demanding. It looks like this company has a history of scamming people. I should have done my homework before signing with this company. I'm 78 years old and should have known better than to believe their scam salesman. I offered to give them what the legitimate company said they would charge me for that work, plus 500 dollars, but they refused. Let this be a warning to everyone else. Do not sign a contract with 24 Restore until you have detailed everything they are going to do, along with the price they are going to charge, written into the contract. Then call the insurance company yourself with the figures. Do not believe what their salesman says. They are liars and scammers.
