Have used this company to service my older a/c unit for the past few years. The first time was an emergency call that they handled promptly. I signed up for the maintenance program and received regular service from Chris N. The last few years, my machine was laboring. I got one more year, meanwhile Chris N continued to recommend replacement. I pulled the trigger this year, had an informative inspection by Chris Z, and decided to go with their proposal. The installation team of Matt and Devin showed up promptly on time ( actually even a bit early) and did a very neat job with the installation. Everything was cleaned up well after. I had to replace a 25 years old central air-conditioning system. I got 4 estimates from 4 different HVAC companies and Chris Z. from Morris Heating and Air-Conditioning gave me an estimate (Lennox-18 Seer), that was by far the most competitive of the 4, by far! Chris responded to all my questions by email within one business day-very responsive.
Joel B. And Leo S. arrived on time for the install and completed the job in a little more than half a day. They were both personable and professional.

I am very pleased with my new Mitsubishi ductless ac/heat system so far! Chris gave a very thorough explanation of the units themselves , as well as the cost and available rebates at the first visit. I had three units installed over three days and Kevin and Bobby did most of the interior and exterior home installation with John installing the electrical panel. They arrived promptly at 7 every morning and work was done in a timely fashion with all areas cleaned up. They did a great job of explaining how to run the units and use the phone app, despite my spotty internet connection! Thank you! (See More)

Our heating system died in the middle of winter. Morris had our new system installed, up and running within two days. And it's fantastic.
Mike was here within an hour of the fire department leaving and had Chris Z. on his way the next morning to advise me about a replacement. The next day, Manny, Don and Sean were so professional, tidy and pleasant when they installed it.

We had four Mitsubishi mini-split ductless units installed inside our home with two Mitsubishi compressors placed outside. Chris set up placement and was our go-to person at Morris with two on site visits. Manny and Mario did the install which took five days. We received a contract w/ estimate three weeks before the start date, delayed because of our schedule.
We communicated with Chris by cell phone, text and email, all responses were prompt and our questions / concerns were all dealt with with professionalism and a high level of expertise. Our discussions revolved around options for different units, location of units and various supply lines inside and outside the house and also scheduling. Chris was totally on the mark with all of these.
Mario and Manny were prompt, hardworking, communicative and upbeat. We have had many subcontractors doing work at the house over the years and Manny and Mario did an exemplary job. They even repaired a door to a deck which they used a lot and which I had neglected to fix myself.
We are very pleased with the system and can recommend mini-split ductless to our friends and neighbors and can certainly highly recommend Morris to do the job. (See More)

Chris was well prepared and fully and clearly explained the options available to us. In addition, he walked us through our house recommending optimal placement of the wall units. Further, his proposal was prompt and complete and he responded quickly to our detailed questions. The Installation Team (Matt and Alex) were always professional, courteous, on time and worked steadily completing our project within the time estimate. Our old house presented a number of engineering challenges which were solved exceptionally well. The outside ducting was impeccably installed and complements our home. We built a woodworking shop on our property last fall but hadn’t yet decided what our heat source would be. We read about ductless heating & cooling and wanted to learn more about it. Chris Z. from Morris Heating & Air Conditioning came out, and we were thoroughly impressed with his presentation. His knowledge of the systems and his conveyance of easy to understand language on the how & whys it works sold us. After learning about the system we also decided to add a unit to the house. Manny M. and Bobby M., our installation team, were equally impressive! They were friendly, pleasant and so easy to work with. It can be disruptive to have workers in your home for a couple days, but this was not the case with them at all. They were extremely careful and respectful of my home and it’s surroundings and did an excellent job cleaning up the work site upon leaving each day. During their installation they did a great job relaying information and answering any and all questions. We are so happy we made the choice to put in this system, and extremely happy we chose Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. Manny & Bobby had installed ********** ductless air conditioning system in our house. Overall it took 3 days, notwithstanding heavy rain on the second day. They have nice personalities and very good job attitude. They were explaining every step of procedure and followed our preferences, regarding placement of equipment inside and outside. After installation they had tested the whole system and gave us a thorough walk through. They also helped to move heavy furniture and re-position shade polls and speakers which were too close to the units. The project manager Chris was very helpful in setting up this project, including quotes, scheduling and supervision. He also explained how to get 0% financial help from the state, which was one of deciding factors. All in all it is a great team and they have done a great job. Thank you so much! (See More)

They did a great job: arrived on time, were hard working and friendly, only scared the cat when they used the vacuum cleaner in the (cat's) bedroom, kept their gear organized, and cleaned up before they left.
