Once again, it was Morris to the rescue.. My very old hot water heater and boiler had begun to leak after nearly 35 years of service - they both needed to be replaced. One call to Morris, Leroy showed up, offered a terrific solution (including a large rebate), we liked it and placed the order. Now about a week later, we have a brand new, super efficient boiler and water heater up and silently running. The crew (Brian, Fabio, and Dan) were first class, efficient and professional throughout. Joel and Alex pulled into the driveway at 6:59 for a 7:00 am promised start time and proceeded to do an excellent job upgrading/replacing our circa 1993 A/C system. They were able to manage the removal process with ease, and when the installation was proceeding ahead of schedule, they were also able to put a call in to get the electrician on site to keep the job running smoothly. The service technician was courteous, wore a mask, and stayed out of the living area of our home as much as possible. During the annual servicing of our central AC, he found that the condensation hose on one of our two air handlers was partially blocked. He was able to blow it out and now it is working well. This could have caused water damage in the house if not discovered. My only concern is the cost of routine annual servicing for two condensers and two air handlers seems high at $583. But I have not compared to other companies. Through the years that we have used Morris their customer service has always been excellent and professional. Steve Z. 07/31/20 |

Kevin D and Bobby just spent an entire day in our hot house and even worse, outside our house putting in a new central air system for us. It was a 97 degree day and the "feels like" temp outdoors was 107. Our unit went in on the south side facing the sun without the whisper of a breeze. These guys were neat as a pin, they followed Covid19 guidelines, and they did an awesome job. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and we can't say enough about how pleased we have been. These guys are awesome. We had Alex H. and Brian D. for installers. We just had them complete a 2 zone mini-split installation in our 1850s house. They showed up on-time (7am) and worked very fast and efficiently. The install took about a day and half. That included mounting the mini split heads, condenser outside and running electrical/hvac lines inside conduit. They did a really good job, everything looks neat and professional and they cleaned up everything when they left. The conduit looks great and just looks like rain gutter. It's at the back of our house and we really don't even notice it. Way better than window AC units.

Have used this company to service my older a/c unit for the past few years. The first time was an emergency call that they handled promptly. I signed up for the maintenance program and received regular service from Chris N. The last few years, my machine was laboring. I got one more year, meanwhile Chris N continued to recommend replacement. I pulled the trigger this year, had an informative inspection by Chris Z, and decided to go with their proposal. The installation team of Matt and Devin showed up promptly on time ( actually even a bit early) and did a very neat job with the installation. Everything was cleaned up well after.
