The experience was superior starting from the quoting process. The quotes were clearest of all we invited to bid. The answers to questions by email were prompt and informative. We didn't pick the lowest bidder. In fact Morris may have been the highest bidder, but it made us feel very comfortable that we understood what we were going to get. Then the 3-day process for installing the entire heater with humidifier and air conditioning system in our 3-floor home was extremely well orchestrated with plumbers and electricians showing up when needed. They completed the job on time, leaving the place clean. The staff was very friendly and we got a very patient tutorial on how to use the new high tech touch screen thermostats. They also offer a service plan for a modest fee which gives us assurances that we will get support in the future. The only mishap is that they didn't install the filter option that we selected. Still, when discovered, they didn't try to talk themselves out of it. They confirmed the paperwork mix up with the office and immediately scheduled a time to return and make the change, even though this is likely to add an entire day of labor. The technician, Julin, was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked and found that the part needed was still under warranty saving us hundreds of dollars. I was having difficulty with an air conditioning system installed by another contractor, and the other contractor had stopped answering my calls. I called Morris Heating and Air Conditioning, in hopes that they could sort out the issues. Julian was sent out to take a look, and was able to get my system up and running in short order. I was so impressed with Julian (and Morris Heating) that I decided to extend our air conditioning to another floor that didn't have it. Andy provided a quote for how he thought we would be best served based on our needs and wants, and we set up the install. On the appointed day, the installers (Joel and Leo) showed up early and waited politely in their trucks until the appointment time. As they did the install, which took three days, they could not have been more pleasant, neat or professional. They took great care to install the system with the minimum impact on the aesthetics of our home, and our daily lives. When the system was completed, Julian returned to get everything online and on our network. My advice to potential clients: Read the reviews posted here, Morris Heating is an A for a reason. Every experience that I have had with every representative of Morris Heating has been positive, and I recommend them without any reservation. (See More)

First of all, I'm having difficulty entering the accurate names of people who were here today - They are Manny, Bobby, and Peter.
What an incredible team! They were here at 7:00 a.m. and worked very hard and consistently until 4:15 p.m. They installed a new air conditioner and worked both outside and inside. They were professional; they were friendly (appropriately). Whenever I had a question, Manny responded clearly, professionally, and thoroughly. I loved overhearing the interaction among them. Christos and Julian from Morris Heating did a great job installing a replacement Mitsubishi unit for us. We had lost the original unit from mice moving in and really wanted to make sure the mice could not get into the replacement. They worked with us to install the new unit on an 18" stand to get it out of 'mice territory'. They went out of their way to give us installation options and were really focused on making sure the installation met our expectations and was done properly. Morris installed a A/C / Heat pump for me last year. It's a 24K BTU unit and it cools my entire house easily, AND heats it, too. My electric bill only went up a fraction of what I expected (maybe $30, or $40 / month on the months when it is used the most). Between my wood stove and the heat pump, we're toasty and really enjoying the huge savings over Propane heating. We just had it serviced and it's running like a top. The service man had too walk up our long, icy driveway to do the service and he did a thorough evaluation and check-up. We're believers! (See More)

1/6 - Julin is awesome. He not only completed the maintenance on my unit but also replaced batteries in a smoke detector that I could not reach myself. He's always polite, professional and efficient.
I had come home from being away a week to find that my heat was not working. When I called the 800 number I received a return call from Matt within 10-15 min. He was able to get to my house within the next 45 min. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair the unit because a part was needed. The next morning i called Matt to find out if he had found the part. About 11 am he called me to tell me he had found the part after calling 4 companies. Needless to say I was very happy. Matt arrived about 2 hours later exactly when he said he would be there and fixed my heater within 30 min. Pleasant, professional and good follow up. (See More)

Today, Morris Heating & AC conducted the annual review of our three AC systems. The same technician performs the service each year, and he is highly professional, reliable, hard-working and a good communicator. He cycled all three units in cool mode, replaced the filters, tested and cleaned the drain lines, cleaned the coils, tested the thermostats and checked the refrigerant charge and operations. My wife always says about him: "Wouldn't it be nice if all the contractors working on our home were as knowledgeable and reliable as he." I was researching estimates for HVAC when my friend Mary Ann told me that she just used Morris Heating and Air to cool and heat her home. She raved about the way the system work and that the staff was very professional. Andy P came out and gave me the estimate for the 4 inside units and the 2 outside units. What got my attention was that Andy included the electrical work needed to run the units. The other estimates did not. Andy explained how complicated the wiring would be due to where I wanted the units placed....the project would take 3 days to install. Then he went back to the office and worked the numbers...and found me rebates so that I was comfortable with the price. The installation was impeccably done by Johnny and Blaise. Johnny asked my advice when needed and even moved my window shutters down a few inches so it would look better with the wiring. All sites were left neat and clean. Johnny explained how to use and care for the system. The cooling was amazing. Within minutes the room was cool enough to make my nose cold. The bigger unit pushed the cool air into the next room and all this with whisper quiet operation. The heat warmed the room as well....I am overwhelmed by how well this system works! Back at the office, Dave answered all my questions and Andy filled out my rebates and filed my warrantys . I am so happy I found this company and give my highest recommendations for the best price...best efficiency and making it easy to use this new system. We had ***** here to diagnose an overheating problem that we have been dealing with for several weeks now. After first having other contractors here to evaluate the heating issue and receiving a questionable diagnosis, ***** was the first contractor who was able to diagnose our heating issue correctly and the first time. It was clear that his troubleshooting methods were much different than what we had previously experienced with the other contractors. His expertise in the HVAC field made the diagnosis not only quick, but also easy to understand and to repair. ***** took the time to explain everything very clearly and to answer our numerous questions as well. He also made a few other suggestions we are considering. We thought it was a very productive appointment and we are relieved that we called Morris Heating before agreeing to the work the other contractors suggested.
