Had them install 2 heat pumps and 4 heads. Smooth process from start to finish. The sales guy I dealt with, Andy, is a class act - very comfortable with the give and take of negotiating, patient, and flexible. Knows the products and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Manny and Cody did the install - very polite, friendly, skilled, and excited about their product. They were even careful with my plants, which is very, very rare for a contractor. (See More)

This was a great team effort with very courteous hard working effort. The team was fast and efficient doing a very neat professional job. I enjoyed seeing these professionals work quickly and quietly. Especially valuable was the instructions given at the end of the job. I am writing about the professionalism of your installers Manny and Cody. They were at our home for two days this past week, and they did not disturb our family in any way. They wore booties when they had to come into the house and they moved all the furniture necessary to gain proper access to their work areas. Both men were friendly, explained the work they were doing and demonstrated the operation of the system and the remote control units. They were excellent representatives of Morris HVAC, and my wife and I both felt comfortable with them working in and around the house. (See More)

Our heating system died in the middle of winter. Morris had our new system installed, up and running within two days. And it's fantastic. Mike was here within an hour of the fire department leaving and had Chris Z. on his way the next morning to advise me about a replacement. The next day, Manny, Don and Sean were so professional, tidy and pleasant when they installed it. All in all, a wonderful experience with what could have been a nightmare. (See More)

We had four Mitsubishi mini-split ductless units installed inside our home with two Mitsubishi compressors placed outside. Chris set up placement and was our go-to person at Morris with two on site visits. Manny and Mario did the install which took five days. We received a contract w/ estimate three weeks before the start date, delayed because of our schedule. We communicated with Chris by cell phone, text and email, all responses were prompt and our questions / concerns were all dealt with with professionalism and a high level of expertise. Our discussions revolved around options for different units, location of units and various supply lines inside and outside the house and also scheduling. Chris was totally on the mark with all of these. Mario and Manny were prompt, hardworking, communicative and upbeat. We have had many subcontractors doing work at the house over the years and Manny and Mario did an exemplary job. They even repaired a door to a deck which they used a lot and which I had neglected to fix myself. We are very pleased with the system and can recommend mini-split ductless to our friends and neighbors and can certainly highly recommend Morris to do the job. (See More)

He came in, introduced himself, and I next met him when his tasks were completed. Manny and Mario came up to clean the installation area, and demonstrate to me how my new system works. Manny, Mario, & Kevin provided excellent service during the installation of our Mitsubishi mini split air conditioner/heat pump.The job was first rate from beginning to end. They were efficient, neat and informative. When the job was completed we thoroughly understood the system and how to operate the two different units as well as the maintenance requirements. Manny made sure we were totally satisfied with every aspect of the job, and that we were happy with the performance of the system. When they were done everything worked perfectly. The installation could not have been done any better. All exterior and interior penetrations were completely sealed. They left the work site as clean as they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend Manny, Mario and Kevin and Morris Heating & air conditioning for any of your heating and cooling needs. It was a pleasure having them here. We have lived here for 40 years and this is by far the smoothest project we have ever had done. Everyone we dealt with at this company was very polite and professional. The company gave us an install date 2 months in advance, and stuck to it. The job was finished as they quoted. The crew that did the installation (Manny and Mario) showed up on time every morning, they went out of their way to answer any question we had and were very considerate. Prior to making any major decisions they consulted with us for approval. We would strongly recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. We look forward to working with them in the future. Great experience working with Morris, from first quote (from Andy P******) right through to install (Manny & Mario). As competitively priced as two other companies but Andy made install suggestions and spent time explaining, more than any other company. During install Manny & Mario went above and beyond in terms of good manners, clean install and choosing a more difficult line route process for them that was much better for my purposes. Finally Heather from admin spent time with me finalizing rebates and as I am in the middle of an extensive project, I greatly appreciated her time and attention. All round excellent experience, I thoroughly recommend Morris, especially working with Andy for your quote and will be using them for any future mini-split needs. (See More)

They placed the units where they thought they should go, left them overnight so we could live with them and then tweaked their positioning that worked best for us while maintaining optimum performance. Manny and Mario arrived to install my furnace on time. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They explained things very clearly to me about the mechanisms of the furnace. They fixed a gas line that ran to my dryer that was not even part of the job. They cleaned up after themselves. Andy helped with rebates and suggestions to contact MassSave for financing assistance. Every step of the way they consulted me on placement of the head, how the chases would run, where the exterior unit would be placed, etc., etc. The result: a perfect installation done by two of the nicest contractors I've worked with in the last couple years. Morris Heating and Air Conditioning just installed a new Mitsubishi heat and AC unit in our sunroom so that we could use the space year-round. The fellows who came out to take care of the job were terrific! They were on time; they were tidy; they explained what they were going to do; and, most of all, they consulted me about how I wanted things installed BEFORE they did it. This is definitely not my experience with all folks who have worked in my home. For these reasons, I would recommend them and will use them again for HVAC issues. (See More)

First of all, I'm having difficulty entering the accurate names of people who were here today - They are Manny, Bobby, and Peter. What an incredible team! We built a woodworking shop on our property last fall but hadn’t yet decided what our heat source would be. We read about ductless heating & cooling and wanted to learn more about it. Chris Z. from Morris Heating & Air Conditioning came out, and we were thoroughly impressed with his presentation. His knowledge of the systems and his conveyance of easy to understand language on the how & whys it works sold us. After learning about the system we also decided to add a unit to the house. Manny M. and Bobby M., our installation team, were equally impressive! They were friendly, pleasant and so easy to work with. It can be disruptive to have workers in your home for a couple days, but this was not the case with them at all. They were extremely careful and respectful of my home and it’s surroundings and did an excellent job cleaning up the work site upon leaving each day. During their installation they did a great job relaying information and answering any and all questions. We are so happy we made the choice to put in this system, and extremely happy we chose Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. We installed air conditioning with Morris in a house originally built in 1790. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the scoping process. We were especially impressed with our lead installer, Manny. Whatever you are paying him, give him a raise! He deserves it. I immediately trusted him in the install, and he was excellent at answering all my questions. He always went above and beyond to make sure things were acceptable to me, not only in function but design. Manny has a wonderful and pleasant personality and is equally talented at his work. My toddler son loved him, too, and asked for him everyday. Manny’s assistant, Bobby, did an excellent job too. They were both conscious of taking care of our home during the install. Manny and Bobby were excellent. My furnace and condenser were recently replaced and they handled every detail of the installation process professionally and with courtesy (not to mention—everything was cleaned up and left virtually spotless). They answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. Manny went above and beyond in making sure everything was functioning correctly and even addressed items that weren’t up to par by whoever installed the system that was replaced. Manny was fantastic. I am a retired engineer who wants to understand this system. For most of the installation we lived at home. In addition to keeping the work site neat and clean everyday, Manny was great at accomodating our personal needs, e.g. moving equipment to allow us to entertain guests over Christmas. More importantly Manny would insist on explaining his knowledge of technical issues, ranging from duct construction, insulation, and sealing; also installation of the refrigerant plumbing and leak testing. I was concerned with efficiency and Manny explained and showed me every step of the installation. He was exceedingly professional and patient with me and I am grateful for his attention. (See More)

Manny and Johnny of Morris Heating & Air Conditioning just installed three Mitsubishi units at my house. They did a great job: arrived on time, were hard working and friendly, only scared the cat when they used the vacuum cleaner in the (cat's) bedroom, kept their gear organized, and cleaned up before they left. The best thing is: if we have another summer like 2016 summer I will be Cool! Today is day 1 of use, and I m keeping pleasantly, economically warm without using oil. Yay! (See More)

Team Manny and Chris from Morris Heating and Air Conditioning just replaced an old central air conditioning unit. The process took two days and was perfectly performed. These two gentlemen orchestrated their efforts efficiently and made certain they left no mess or caused any damage. We just had a new furnace and AC unit replaced at our home by Morris Heating and Air Conditioning of Ipswich,Ma. This required a major update from the original system. Major duct work, a 2 zone installation, new thermostats and some electrical and plumbing work. This was performed by a very professional team of Manny, Louie and Christos. They answered all our question, were courteous, thoughtful and very professional and had a clean work ethic. Also want to thank Andy Previte and Project Manager Eddie for their excellent follow through in overseeing the project. Great service was provided by both installers Many and Blaise. They were both courteous and professional. Many was very clear on what they planned to do on the property for the scheduled two days.The equipment an installers arrived on time prepared to start the installation. I was very impressed with their work ethic and willingness to cooperate with home routine during the install. Many gave a through explanation of the operation of the Mitsubishi System and its components. Cleanup was completed and rechecked by each other. All and all, a job very well done. We just had a ********** A/C - Heatpump unit installed in our home. ***** was part of a fantastic duo along with ******. Both my wife and I were totally impressed by their punctuality, appearance, knowledge, care & understanding, and skills. These individuals went the extra mile, were totally courteious & conscienctious, and left our house neater and cleaner than it was before they arrived. I can't say enough about Manny and Blaise. They were prompt, worked all day, extremely courteous and did a terrific job. I could not be happier with the job that was done in my attic. The ductwork that was replaced, repaired,and insulated is beautiful! Manny and Blaise did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning based on work that I had done by them. ***** and ****** did a beautiful job repairing, replacing, and insulating broken ductwork in my attic. They were professional, hard-working, neat and very thorough. It was quite obvious that they took pride in their work. **** was terrific to deal with and very patient in answering my numerous questions. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if I need work done in my home. They were a bit more expensive than other companies, but their work was superior to other similar jobs that I had seen done by others. (See More)

******, ***** * and ****** * handled my installation professionally all the way through. they showed up on time, were polite, thorough, and clean. As the Supervisor, ****** checked in personally and frequently to be sure the install was going correctly. The installation is very neat and tidy. Everything to my satisfaction. I particularly liked that I got an e-mail several days in advance introducing the crew, including photos and reviews, so I knew exactly who would be showing up.
