We have used Morris Heating & Air Conditioning for about 2 years. I have been very happy with their service. I called recently about an issue with my air conditioner. I received courteous, helpful responses by everyone. The service tech came and the whole problem was solved that day in about 3 hours from my phone call. Very Happy. (See More)

I called Morris on Monday, the day before a bad nor'easter was due to hit, because my furnace stopped working. Greg arranged for his technician Blaise to come out and fix it for me. Blaise was able to quickly diagnose the problem and work with Greg to determine where he could get parts to repair it immediately. Obtaining the parts involved Blaise driving to Malden and back, which he did willingly. Furnace fixed! Blaise came back on Wednesday AM to ensure everything was working properly. I dealt with Heather for billing. Everyone was very professional and I sincerely thank them for their very fast response!! (See More)

After a suboptimal experience with 2 other companies, Morris Heating and Cooling were great! Greg was very responsive and friendly and sent out Christos within 2 days. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, provided quotes and options. Couldn't be more satisfied, considering the 21 yr old system I'm dealing with! (See More)

I am frustrated with my recent service from Morris.
When I called at 7:00am, Greg answered the phone. I explained that the night before during a storm we lost power. At the same time the furnace went out and didn't come back on.
My question for Greg was "where is the reset switch to start the burner again" and can I use it? He said no I could not do that with this system,
Mike arrived within 2 hours, which I was so grateful for. Well, I went to the furnace with him and put the switch off for a minute and when he turned it back on, the furnace went on.
That is exactly what I wanted to do!
I certainly could have done that myself.
I wish Greg could have told me that on the phone.
The service call was $90 and the total bill was $180.00.
Mike came to my other condo and he's always been very good to work with.
I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. It's my fault for not trying the switch myself but I think Greg could have helped on the phone. (See More)

In November of 2016 I experience failure of heating equipment in my house. To help me with this issue I contacted Morris Heating and Air Conditioning company. This was not the first time when I contacted Morris with request for help and as always their service was excellent the administrative assistant Heather was very helpful attentive to details and set up an appointment very efficiently, service professional **** was right on time very efficiently resolve my problem and give me several valuable advises how to avoid this situation in future. I am very satisfied with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning service and definitely would recommend this company to everybody who require services of high level professionals. (See More)

Greg came out to look at the work that needed to be done. Every other person that came out seemed to be avoiding the work or giving me an overestimation on pricing. Greg provided a fair and hones estimate and suggested a way to save on any future parts. Mike and Greg came out on the day they promised and had it up and going in no time. Definitely would use Morris again based on the work of these two guys. (See More)
