Joel and Alex pulled into the driveway at 6:59 for a 7:00 am promised start time and proceeded to do an excellent job upgrading/replacing our circa 1993 A/C system. They were able to manage the removal process with ease, and when the installation was proceeding ahead of schedule, they were also able to put a call in to get the electrician on site to keep the job running smoothly. I had to replace a 25 years old central air-conditioning system. I got 4 estimates from 4 different HVAC companies and Chris Z. from Morris Heating and Air-Conditioning gave me an estimate (Lennox-18 Seer), that was by far the most competitive of the 4, by far! Chris responded to all my questions by email within one business day-very responsive. Joel B. And Leo S. arrived on time for the install and completed the job in a little more than half a day. Morris is a great company to work with. Starting with Chris who came to the house to evaluate the type of air conditioning I needed, answered all of my questions and answered questions that came up after our visit by phone, I met with other companies and the reason I went with Morris is because of Chris. and how comfortable he made me in making a decision. Now for the installation, I couldn't be happier with the service that Joel and Leo gave me. They did not disrupt my house, they were pleasant to work with and again, they answered my questions. Morris Heating & AC was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call for an estimate to the installation yesterday of a new air conditioning unit. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. The unit had been replaced previously and had never worked correctly. Leo and Joel installed a new unit after the estimator determined what the problem was and it blasted cold air when it was turned on. We will have Morris Heating and AC replace the other unit next year. (See More)

I contracted with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to install air conditioning in our home. Joel was the lead installer, and he was assisted by Leo. Both men were absolute professionals from start to finish. They arrived early every day, but waited in their truck until the appointed time, as we have a busy household before school. They were pleasant, extremely neat, and were very conscientious of our home. The system that they installed is working great, and the install itself was done with care, to minimize the aesthetic impact on our home. I really can't say enough about how great it is to see a company hire (and pay to train) knowledgeable, friendly staff who take their jobs seriously. Being a classic case of getting what you pay for, Morris Heating may not be your lowest cost initially, but you will not regret the great service, friendly people, and a company that responds when you call. We had our furnaces and ac units replaced by Morris. From the start, with our systems evaluation and the estimates to installation, Morris was fantastic. We got prompt and complete responses to our questions that made it possible to compare systems and other proposals. Once we chose Morris, they installed our new units within 3 weeks and the work was done efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. The team was very neat too. My furnace died Thanksgiving morning. Chris was at my house by 7:30 that morning. And called me the next two mornings to make sure I was okay. Morris worked with me to set up a time to replace the furnace. Joel and Cody came to install. Everyone was very professional and friendly and helpful. We had 2 AC /heat air handlers and 2 compressors replaced. It was a big job. The rep was honest and fair in discussing the options and in the final cost. The crew arrived on time, worked quietly with respect for our home and my presence in it. We were kept updated on progress, the work went smoothly. I can't express how professional and talented Joel and Kevin where. We had one issue which with one phone call and two minutes of on location conversation resolved the issue. The job was done on time and to perfection. This was a two day install and the first day most of the outside work was done. Andy, I wanted to let you know that you have made my home much more comfortable. Through your recommendations of first replacing our my central home heating/cooling heat pump system. Joel and Kevin did a great job with the installation of the new Lennox system. Joel and Kevin were very professional, neat and answered all my questions. Andy as you know these condos all suffer from not having enough heating or cooling on the second and third floors due to lack of proper duct distribution as you explained to me. Your recommendation to add a ductless split heat pump system to the third floor has made a big difference in keeping my home warm. I look forward to being cooler in the summer in my studio on the third floor. I also wanted to let you know that the humidification system that you recommended that John installed on to the main system has helped so much with the dryness in my home and is keeping my artwork from being damaged. We recently had a new furnace installed by Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. I don't usually review companies but I felt like this company really deserved a great review. I worked with Andy to figure out what exactly we needed and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He didn't push us into anything he just supported everything we asked for. Our installers were Kevin and Joel. They were extremely friendly and they did a great job. They cleaned up the area afterwards and everything looks great. I worked with Camilla in the front office and she couldn't have been easier to work with. Overall they definitely have my recommendation and we will continue to use their services. (See More)

Our excellent experience began with Andy, our Comfort Advisor who met with us and explained the installation of the Heating and Cooling System. He is very knowledgeable , experienced and professional. We met with him several times in order to make our decision and he was always willing to answer our many questions. Baldor (Eddie) was the project manager who was top notch and again explained the installation with expertise ! The actual installation was done by joel (lead manager) with Kevin assisting him. They were here two days installing the system with expertise and skill. Again, all of our questions and concerns with answered by them. The installation went smoothly and on time. My wife and I have been wanting to put air conditioning in our Colonial Post and Beam and we knew a mini split system for heat and cooling was a perfect solution that would also cut down on the woodstove use in the winter. We checked out several companies but Morris Heat and Air has a stellar reputation and after they installed a system in my parents home we knew they were the installer for us. They couldn't have been more professional and it was obvious watching them work, they are very good at what they do. We were stunned at how efficient they were and the system is outstanding. Joel is awesome. Joel and Kevin showed up right on time to install my new furnace. They had the job completed before I returned home at 3:30 and you would have never known anyone was there except there was a new furnace where the old one used to be. Before the installation phase I dealt with Andy P who came out and explained the different options I had for heating my home. He too came out on time and even came back with Joel to check into a question I had. Andy also helped me with Mass Save and worked with getting my quote to them for a 0% heat loan as well as the rebates for the heating system I had installed. It gives me great pleasure to review the outstanding service which has been provided by Morris Heating and Air conditioning. After a particularly frustrating experience of delays, unreturned phone calls, and over a year of cameo appearances and promised returns my HVAC system installation had not been completed. In frustration I responded to an ad that Morris had placed in a local publication. From the initial phone conversation to gather information about the company and subsequently schedule a site visit by ***** & install supv.; to the detailed proposal; to the installation period by **** and **** **...... all contacts were polite, workmanlike and professional. The install team worked three days from seven AM to three PM each day and left my home as if they had never been there except for the ceiling grills and a system that now is almost silent. No boom boxes, no drama..... and I don't think lunches !!!! I would unequivically recommend Morris and their team to anyone that needs the services (See More)

We recently purchased a large home with an un-balanced heat and A/C system. After getting several bids, Morris Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company who took the time to fully understand the problems with the system. **** and **** took a lot of time to figure out how to install dampers and zoning through out the house. The crew (****, **** *, ****, **** * and ***** *) were all very professional and courteous and took the time to answer our questions during the installation process.
