I want to give a big shout out to the excellent service to Benjamin Franklins service technician Thomas Whitley. I had an emergency late on Friday night and was in a panic, called the main number the lady assured me they would have someone out ASAP. They did and it was Thomas, he did and excellent job determining what was going on and explaining to me in detail. He stayed to assure everything would be okay during the night and was back out on Saturday as he committed. He found out the issue and now we have a plan to repair and get everything up to code. Again, he did an outstanding job and was so polite and courteous. He gave me options and did not pressure me. I would highly recommend Thomas and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for anyone's plumbing issues... That was one of, if not my best experience with a service company... Outstanding job from Thomas.... I had my new water heater installed on 9-17-18 and Bill Harrison was my Service provider and he went above and beyond great customer service. After the job was completed, he made sure that I approved of the work and he took the time to explained the warning lights and warranty information about my new water heater. Thomas was at my home to unclog a drain, after running the camera in the drain, he made some suggestion, I follow-up on his suggestion and he came back and did an outstanding job, he was easy to work with and listen to what you had to said, when in the home, he he respected your home. Ben Franklin have a good crew of tech, I have work with other an they were good in their field.

Mr. Thomas Whitley is a great server he came, (for the second time of the same case) and brought all the equipment needed, did a fantastic and accurate job, even though it was HOT outside, he was persistent and was searching for my home sewage found it and showed me the mess that was there (tree's roots, i.e.) I am so thankful for his perfect job. Had a leak coming from underneath my foundation near my garage. Cody came out, found the leak, and repaired it so well you cannot even see the area that had to be dug out to find the leak in the first place. Extremely pleased with Cody and his professionalism. Thomas Whitley with Ben Franklin Plumbing did a great job! He was thorough with his work and wanted to make sure I checked what he had completed. He worked for two long days without stopping to get the job complete. Good work ethic is hard to find in today's workplace and especially when the owner/boss is not "standing" over you. Showed up very quickly same day, even during the 4th of July time period. Identified not just the problem but the actual source of the long term problem. Fixed everything quickly and completely. Price was very high (not necessarily labor but part and equipment) however they gave a military discount, and fixed a serious issue, quickly and correctly. Chris has been the tech that has been out to my house on three occasions now. He is very polite, always puts on his covers for his shoes, and treats me with respect. He explains what he is doing. He seems to be very thorough with checking to make sure that things are done correctly. He had to come back out on an issue and rather than saying "Well too bad, its your pipes" He explained that he would try to clear again and give it his best shot.
