Oqentin George, Great Technician! On Thursday 1-06-2020 arrived on time after receiving a text with confirmation time, picture ( Excellent way to notify us in advanced ) and carefully explained what he would do after I told him what the issue was and inspected.
After job was completed, explained to my wife and I what he had completed and had us go and inspect the workmanship and test. Asked us if there was anything else that we had questions about and answered them clearly.

Quentin was EXCELLENT!!!! He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond and did a thorough job trying to find the reason for the problems with my water heater. His explanations were very clear and understandable which I found very helpful. It allowed me to make an informed decision on the work I wanted to get done. My installation of a new furnace and ducting was upstairs in the attic and in a small area to work. These guys did an excellent job in carefully removing the old furnace and ducting and installing the new furnace and ducting. They had to build a new platform/support material to bring things up to code. They were always in a good mood and worked through the entire day to finish the job. They are very knowledgeable and spent time with me explaining the Nest thermostat which they installed and connecting via WiFi to my smart phone and tablet.
They cleaned up the area to the way it was when they arrived. I was very happy with the entire installation and I highly recommend Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating.

I have used this company multiple times at my property and have been extremely happy each time. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Quentin G***** came out to my home this last time and I am so impressed by his service! He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a full understanding of the equipment in my home and understood the job he completed. I am so impressed by this companies standards. Everyone in the area needs to know when they have plumbing issues you cant go wrong with them. The plumber, (Quentin George) was very cordial, professional and did not become annoyed when I asked him a million questions regarding the mountain life and my fears of burst pipes, clogged pipes etc. Quentin went way beyond the call to please me and the most impressive topic of his visit was his cleanliness with all the counters and bathtub and his wearing of boot covers so as to not track dirt inside my home. Bryan J installed a copper line and fittings for an ice maker refrigerator. He also replaced an outside faucet. The job was done professionally and took about two hours. He worked with me to find a cheaper solution than the "Cadillac" solution. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because it was still pretty expensive. Bryan J. 10/13/19 |
