On Monday, March 20, 2017, Clay Countryman came to perform the annual tuneup on my HVAC system. I have requested him several times, because he is personable and efficient, and offers logical alternatives when choices need to be made. Also, I favor having the consistency of having the same technician
Work on my equipment because it provides consistency to me. I look forward to meeting with him again next year !!

Ross and Dan came to the house and did a great job walking me through on where to make improvements in energy efficiency. Then they spent a good 4 1/2 hours doing the wind test, replacing bulbs, caulking windows and doors. They brought the level of efficiency from 3890 to 3009 by the time they were done. A number of years ago we called Aiello to come over for an issue we had in our home. The work was excellent and we signed on for their home service. Since that time Aiello has taken care of all our home heating, electrical and plumbing needs. The staff coming out to the house is better than 5 stars. Did the Energy Audit of Energize CT through Aiello, Jesse T., the service specialist, arrived on time, very friendly and professional.
He explained what the audit was all about, answered every question that I had.
Three reps came to perform the work to be done, all very professional and helpful, I was also able to see good teamwork! Thumbs Up for that!
They replaced bulbs, insulated the perimeter of the basement, attic areas and ducts, even moved the washer and dryer to insulate the opening that I had behind it and around the chimney areas that were leaking air.
At the end, Jesse went over everything that was performed and made recommendations, the best part was that it wasn't a pushy vendor like other companies that push you into their products, they are very friendly!

I woke up this morning and my furnace has gone out. I am chair mobile so this is an issue beyond what is "normal" for others with this kind of issue. Aiello had a technician out to my place in 30 mins. Clay was friendly, easy to talk with, knowlegdable and answered all my questions that I had. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they got to my place. My furnace is fixed, and this is now in my rearview mirror. Would recommend Aiello to anyone. This experience started off right with the phone call on a Sunday to Aiello. I called a few other HVAC companies first and I either got a phone message saying to call back on Monday, or asked to leave a message. When I called Aiello I actually was able to speak with a person who was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions.
Aiello then dispatched one of their HVAC technicians (Ray D'Amato) who showed up on time. He was clean, organized, and answered a plethora of questions that I had for him, did his work promptly, politely, but most of all proffesionally with a positive attitude. The work was completed at a reasonable price. I also asked the HVAC technician how Aiello was to work for. He had a strong favorable response representing the company Aiello, and went on to say they take care of their workers.
