I panicked when I went to the basement and stepped into puddles and water spurting from the water tank. I called Aiello about 1:30... they were here in half an hour and replaced the water tank by 4:00. Michael Rigsby was the field supervisor and did a quick, efficient job and explained everything to me. I had an appointment to get a quote on a new water heater, for which they charge $70. The window I was given was 4:00 to 6:00 pm. I left work early to be home by 4:00. At 5:30 I called to make sure I was still on the schedule. I was told that I was but that they probably wouldn't show up until after 6:00. I waited until 6:30, and then cancelled the appointment. No one ever contacted me to let me know that they would be late. If they can't keep a sales appointment, would they show up to do the work on time? A leaky kitchen sink started my search and recommendations for a plumber. Spoke with Brittany, who was just a doll on the phone and made an apt for the following day. Pete arrived promptly, professionally and investigated the leak. He took pictures of underneath the sink so I could follow what he was doing and he explained what needed to be done, covered what it would cost. I was agreeable and he fixed it. James was a very informative specialist. when I asked questions he knew the answers without hesitation. I called Aiello for duct cleaning and ended up getting new AC which I needed. If the techs that install the AC is like James I will be happy. I will write a review on the installation .

I purchased a new electric car that needed a plug in my garage. I called on Tuesday and was given an appointment window from 10-2 on Friday. I was called at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and told that Nick would arrive in 20 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later my door bell rang. Nick was extremely pleasant and explained everything to me before he began work. He let me know what the price would be, before he began. He was able to set up a new circuit for the car plug in about 30 minutes and made sure that the car was plugged in and that everything was working as it should. Great service from a nice guy. This has always been my experience with Aiello and why I continue to use them for plumbing, heating/cooling, and now electrical service. I highly recommend them to everyone. Nick W. 06/02/17 |

After receiving no return calls from two different electricians in the New Haven area, I went through Home Advisor and Aiello was recommended for the work I needed done. I received a phone call an hour later from a rep at Aiello who quickly and easily scheduled me to have work completed 3 days later. Matt arrived and was incredibly helpful and friendly. He listened to me list the issues we were having with several outlets and even looked at the garage door sensor that had recently stopped working. The work on the outlets was done very efficiently and he was also able to fix the garage door for us. We now know that any work that we need done in the future, Aiello will be our first choice. Robert Nadile, Plumbing Technician helped me. I had what I thought should be a quick and easy problem to fix a leaky faucet, but after I had damaged the fitting trying to repair it, and the fact that the faucet & plumbing was 20 years old, I ended up needing the entire faucet and shut off valves replaced. Bob was able to replace everything in this one visit. Bob was wonderfully easy to deal with, extremely pleasant and professional. After receiving a good referral from friends, we started our interaction with a consultation to install central air in our two story colonial. With the help of our Aiello adviser we determined that the most cost effective solution would be a four head ductless Fujitsu split unit. We met with our adviser and the a lead technician to verify the plan and tweak the design the next week. They scheduled our install for the following week. The technicians arrived on time, acted extremely professional while on-site, completed the job on time, and left the work areas completely clean every day. They spent time making sure we knew how to operate the system and answered all our questions. All Aiello employees went out of their way to always wear covers over their boots anytime they were in the house. We were extremely satisfied with our service and would highly recommend them. Ross provided a very thorough home energy audit. He explained upfront what services would be provided during the audit and took his time detailing what I needed to do to improve the energy efficiency in my home. As a result of the audit and because of Ross's professionalism I decided to chose Aiello to install attic insulation. On the day of the installation Ross returned with the installation team and was available to answer any questions. I had such a pleasant experience with Aiello Home Services, and with Stephen S., the technician who came out to install my new thermostats. First, when I called to schedule my appointment, the girl on the phone was very friendly to deal with. She had many appointments available to choose from, which made it convenient for me to pick one that best suited my schedule. Then, the day of the appointment, I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival (they give you a 4 hour window and then call a half hour before to let you know the specific time) and she let me know the technician's name and when he would be arriving. Stephen arrived right as I was expecting him, he was very polite and professional, and he even wore shoe covers in my house - he was very clean and respectful.
The actual installation went great. Stephen was knowledgeable and had my new system up and running in no time. He also was very patient and took the time to help me download the app on my phone that corresponds with the new thermostats. He made sure I understood everything, offered some great tips, and asked if I had any questions. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He also let me know about some additional home services Aiello can help me out with. I'm so impressed by the whole experience that I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. in a relatively short amount of time on a Friday evening We have used electrical and plumbing services and the techs are respectful of our home by wearing protective covering over their shoes.

For 3 GFI's outlets Aiello quoted me first $700 and then $400 ridiculous!!
