Had them come to my house for an estimate to replace the central air unit. The person they sent was great but their quote was almost over a thousand more than other quotes. Which is a shame because they were great when they did my energy audit and when I have had questions everyone I have spoken to have been great. Aiello Home Services was great to work with. The office staff gave a clear description of what would take place during the service, and then shortly after, I received a call that a technician was available to come earlier than planned. I accepted the earlier appointment and the electrician, Mike, was at my house within the given time frame. Mike gave a very clear description of the diagnostic services available, and was able to show me all of this on an iPad - which was very efficient. Within minutes of my approval for the diagnostic services, he was able to diagnose the issue, and gave a visual demonstration of the sparking wire. He then gave me two options for remedy, and the exact price of each. I chose the option I wanted, and he went to work. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes (a faulty main breaker) - and Mike showed me the clearly damaged breaker he removed, as well as demonstrated the newly installed breaker in working order. This was all done with the kind of efficiency and pleasant customer service that any person hopes to receive when they have to navigate through some home repair or another that they more than likely have little knowledge of. I am sure that this level of service came at a premium - though I didn't receive any other price quotes to compare. It is well worth the money (I will give a range, between $400 and $700 for the services) for the peace of mind - knowing that the required work was completed, and it was done right. We worked with Jason L. and he was terrific. I scheduled our annual system check of our air conditioning unit and he arrived during the scheduled time and work was completed in a timely fashion.
