We had a plumbing emergency and had service technician James F******** assist with great service he came right out and then again a few days later with great service. He installed a new toilet within an hour. He was professional, helpful, arrived early and explained everything ahead of time.

Orian and Peter were easy to work with. Orian got me the best appointment right away. Peter explained each step as he went along. The job was more than he expected at first, but made me feel comfortable in knowing that all would be fixed. And it was! Peter cleaned up the mess, even in the basement. I will call Aiello again if need be.

I called Aiello Home Services to have two bathroom toilets fixed in our business, Mariella Creations. First they answered immediately, the person on the line was friendly and dispatched for someone to come out the same day. With in hours I received a call that a servicemen was on his way. The gentlemen that came in Steve Fecteau was very nice, clean a and friendly. He explained what needed to be fixed and quoted a price. I gave him the ok to start the job and off he went to work. Within hours the two bathrooms were ready for my customers to use. Now that's what I call customer service! Fast, friendly and accurately. A job well done!

My furnace was shut down by a technician on Friday and I was left with no heat. By Wednesday I called your office and spoke to the woman and told her of my problem and she got me a technician, Ray D'Amato. He took good care on me,fixed my problem and got my furnace working again. He was professional and explained what he did. They are a credit to your business.

Appointment for shower plumbing repair was scheduled for 7AM-8AM. Steve arrived at 7:15AM and after reviewing the issue with the leaking shower faucets was able to diagnose and repair the leaks. Steve was courteous, patient with my questions, organized and very professional in his methods. After testing for leaks, Steve cleaned up the worksite and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with the results and commend Steve for his work ethic.

As usual, they are a phone call away. Had a plumbing issue and setting up a convenient time for me was no problem. Stacy was on time, efficient, professional, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Would recommend Aiello home services even if they are pricey. You will always get top-notch service from a very accommodating and courteous staff.

Called Aiello at 8:10 on Sunday morning..Leak in wall in basement. Spoke to Orion. He was so polite and was able to accommodate MY schedule, since I work on Sunday. He even CALLED ME as I was leaving work to confirm that it was all right to dispatch the technician. Mike R***** came to my house and step by step he found the problem. He explained everything to me, fixed the piping and gave me follow up instructions about having the wall repaired, where he had to cut . I can't thank the people of Aiello enough, for once again, giving me satisfaction and peace of mind.

I scheduled an appointment to have Aiello come look at my furnace which was leaking and had an issue with the humidifier. Tom Szostek told me my options and helped to price things out by priority (also give me a how-to on taking care of the unit which admittedly had been neglected). Great work, honest feedback. Looking forward to working with him and Aiello in the future!

I called Aiello Plumbing to report a leak in my upstairs bathroom, Rob came the next day and made the repair. He was polite, timely, informative and professional. It was expensive but what plumber isn't? I had several items that needed attention but chose to repair the most urgent because I couldn't afford everything on my list but there was one important item on the list, low water pressure, that Rob assured me was not as much of a problem as I thought. He verified that my pump switch was working properly, that my tank was set to 40 psi, not 60 psi as I thought, so the pump wasn't quitting prematurely and I could relax and just give my well a few days to recover from excessive use. What a relief. He was honest with me and I really appreciated that. Some service providers will tell stories to push up the bill, I know, I've met them, but that wasn't the case here. Aiello plumbing will quote everything you ask them to even if you don't do the repair and they don't use scare tactics to compel you to employ them. I'll call them again if and when I need to.

We awoke to a soaking wet floor from a shower leak. We turned the water off and called another company.. The receptionist was so nasty and could not "promise" a tech could get out to us that day.. so great 24hrs with no water.. I immediately thought of the commercials.. "call Aiello".. so that is exactly what I did.. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful and said she could definitely help.. a few short hours later Stacy C, the plumber arrived. He was so nice.. he immediately figured out the problem.. he had the right part ON THE TRUCK.. so it was fixed right then. The part, however, was not the right finish, he ordered the part in the right finish and came back a week later to make the exchange We could not have been happier. Aiello will now always be our first call.

Service technician Carmelo was terrific. Price he needed to charge by his book was beyond outrageous. I would certainly recommend Carmelo and his work, but would caution use of Aeillo because of cost. Not crediting dispatch cost to project expense is also ridiculous.

With some water collecting on the cellar floor I suspected a slow leak from the water heater. I called Aiello and they sent Tom S to assess the situation. Tom was very professional and did an outstanding job. Within 2 minutes he determined that the water was coming out of a pressure relief valve attached to the expansion tank. He did another quick test and also determined that the bladder in the expansion tank had failed. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the expansion tank and solved the problem. He also made some recommendations about a few things that might need attention in the next year. I am thrilled with the way Tom fixed our leak.

My service technician was Jesse C. He and his team (Jesse, Eric and Joe) were very thorough. They explained everything they were doing. Went through all of the recommendations with best ways to proceed. They gave me estimates as to how much I would save based on the work that they did. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.They seemed very knowledgeable about all thing energy efficient in my house. They stayed and answered all of my questions about things I am not even contemplating in the immediate. I would be happy to recommend Jesse and his team to do an energy audit for your home.

Very high pricing, Tech. was here 15 min. to check on a leak seen on garage ceiling. Came upstairs looked in bathroom told me to caulk around bathtub spout. $121.00. (could of at least offered to do the caulking) Will listen to advice from friends next time.

Outstanding performance by Mike M. and his team. Recommend them wholeheartedly! Very pleased with the install (with Mike's end of the deal). On the negative side: halfway through the install vermiculite was found in the attic. Our house is 115 years old. This should have been detected before a quote was made for the job. At the outset, before the job was begun. An $8000.00 surprise and another week's delay,on top of all the weeks delay from the initial start date, does not leave us with a happy feeling.

My equest for quote on a new gas water heater was based on assertion(s) by (two?) Aiello tech(s) that the unit was installed when my condo was built. I provided that date as ca. 1985. In fact, on closer inspection, the unit was installed (by Aiello) in 2008, so, using Aiello tech's life expectancy of 15 years, has up to 7 more good years ahead. Yet was given the option to proceed with installation of new unit. (I declined.) Would have preferred that model was more clearly specified, and that labor was separated from price of unit. Offered a less expensive unit, Whi (Whirlpool) 045, than the unit in place, A. O. Smith ProMax AllTemp. I priced the Whirlpool 045, and learned that since it was priced (Loew's) at ca. $300, labor to remove my ProMax and install the new Whirlpool was ca. $700. More than I'd gladly pay without getting a competitor's estimate first!

Stacy Carabelli was the Technician who visited me today. His report reads: "gave customer a price for a 40 gallon natural gas standard vent water heater with a 6 yr warranty - Whi-045 with 15% Sr. dis and 10% sp dis with a total of $942.07." For purposes of comparative bids I should have asked for the model of water heater, and the prices itemized for equipment and labor. Would have been nice if it were offered that way without my needing to ask. I'd have to guess, but perhaps the model quoted was this one offered by Lowes. (http://www.lowes.com/pd_140389-135-E2F40RD045V_0__?productId=1015895&cm_mmc=SCE_ShoppingFeed-_-RoughPlumbingElectrical-_-WaterHeaters-_-1015895:Whirlpool&CAWELAID=&kpid=1015895&SID=914630134887&CA_6C15C=1367879562. [The numbers 045 are common to my quote and the model at Lowe's referenced above, and the 6 year warranty is also the same. Lowe's price $289. if so, $700.00 for installation? Staff member(s) who visited my home previously asked me how old the water heater was. I didn't know (at the time), so told them the condo was built in 1985. I was told by a previous tech that I was in danger of failure of the heater which would result in a significant spillage of water, and that lifespan for a water heater is seldom more than 15 yrs. HOWEVER, when I looked more carefully, my heater was installed by Aiello before I purchased my condo. The date on the cover of the manual, in a clear plastic pocket on the side of the heater said "Built 2008." So, according to Aiello staff, I could have as many as seven more years of useful service on a unit you installed. And yet, although there was no pressure, Stacy asked if I'd like to schedule an installation or think about it some more. I told him I wanted to think about it some more. Now that I have, I do not intend to make a purchase at this time. Apart from that, Stacy was friendly, polite, thorough -- all of which I appreciated very much. I would have preferred he had told me there were several more years of useful life in the heater I own.

Last year your team member spent nearly an hour going thoruhly through the system, replace the humidifier filter, cleaned the humidifier pump and houses. During this service the technician only spent 15-20 min, did not replace the hmidifier filter, didn't clean the pump and it does not to seem to be very thorough in checking the overall system. Overall, this is the 1st time that we were not satisfied at all from your service. This service was not up to your standards.
