Our water heater burst on good Friday afternoon. We called Aiello, and the receptionist said "someone will be there tomorrow Sat 8-9 AM. Well, Michael Rigsby arrived on time and had the exact water heater replacement needed. Within two hours we had hot water! Incredible! I am very happy with the professionalism shown by the employees of Aiello, with whom we worked to replace our aging boiler. The technician who responded to our emergency service call on a Saturday evening was able to find the problem with our old boiler and get it running on a night when we had record low temperatures. He explained the issues with the aging system and recommended that we speak with one of their replacement specialists, which we did the following week. This specialist also thoroughly examined our existing system and recommended the same replacement system that the technician had mentioned. We were able to get the new system installed within a couple of days after signing a contract and loan agreement. Charged me $427 for literally 5min work, which i feel was way too pricy but the worst part was charging me $68 standard fee to come and check it out, I was under impression like every other company in the world the standard fee would be waived if we go ahead and let Aiello fix it but nothing like that happened and ended up paying it, because I didnt have no other option but to get my heat fixed, but this is last time you guys gonna have my and my friends and families business. 03/03/16 |
