Jim G. did a great job. He cleaned and checked our rooftop AC unit, changed batteries in our thermostat and checked out air filter letting us know we didn't have to change it for a month. Ted T. is especially good - courteous, helpful, takes great care of all equipment, give helpful feedback on what he finds (including when everything looks great), and answers any and all questions. Goes out of his way to be careful in the house. The company is reliable and friendly. If you need routine maintenance, it's good to call early in the season - they book up fast.
