He was at my home this winter troubleshooting issues with my new furnace
which had been installed by a different company.
He was also at my home about a week ago for my Air Conditioners yearly check up.
I had a few questions for Jim G. -- he said he would get answers and get back to me which he did. Not many people follow thru like they promise to do without being called and reminded but Jim G. followed thru and called with answers.

Andy Choyinski from AA Service came out to do an annual air conditioning maintenance check. Andy changed the air filter on our furnace and poured in clorox to make sure that the drain pipe was running clean.. He then checked other parts of the furnace as well. He also checked the thermostat to make sure it was running properly. Finally, he cleaned the compressor and checked to make sure that it was operating properly. Andy was friendly and polite during his entire time with us.

My technician arrived within the time window I was informed of on the day I made the appointment, he also called when he was on his way and gave me a rough estimate of his expected arrival time.
