New Furnace install - Fantastic! Jeremy H. & Eric S. did a great job, arrived on time, removed old furnace (18 yo Carrier installed by AA Service as well) - 5 hrs later New Carrier furnace up & running including new venting out the side of the house. All areas worked in were cleaned up before they left. We have used AA Service Co for over 20 years for the maintenance & installation of our HVAC. We moved into a 17 year old house last November. We have an issue with the airflow where some rooms have too much air (both heating and cooling) and other rooms have little to no airflow out of the vents. This means some rooms are way too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. We spend several hundred dollars on another Heating and Cooling company, but they didn't solve the problem. I finally called AA Service Co. from the advice of a coworker. Tim B. was the technician at our house an d he was fantastic! He was very pleasant, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Plus, he was the only technician to make a noticeable difference in the airflow in our house! I can't say it's perfect, but that's more the problem with the duct work and dampers than anything else. After solving that issue, he then took his time to clean and do the standard winter maintenance on our furnace. I have used AA Service for 15 years and just can't say enough good things about the company and the people who work for AA.
Jeff C has been my service consultant of choice for most of those years. He is the best. He knows what he is doing and makes it easy to understand what needs to be done, if anything is not right with the system.
It is nice to have the same person each time. What is also nice is that this company is so great that everyone seems to stay and that is helpful to the customer. I can't think of a better company or tec to recommend when asked who I use for service.
I love being able to call and have Jeff know what to do.
