I wanted to contact AA Service directly and take the time to praise the services you provided me yesterday. So many people don't think twice before filing a complaint when services are poor but never take the time to give positive feedback when it is warranted to do so......with that being said, thank you for your superior services you provided me yesterday.
I called late morning and had a tech come the same day - so AA Services from the the initial phone call-to dispatch-to diagnostics-to-repair-to final walk through........ were phenomenal! Superior services all around! Kraig H. was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond to help me. I am a single mother with 4 children and because of Kraig, I can sleep with ease and comfort that we will be safe. He provided exceptional customer service and I truly believe he is an expert in this field. He is credible and professional and most of all, very efficient. He recommended solutions in a way I could understand. His invoice was clear and concise (I could read the notes perfectly, which is NOT the norm) and he tested and retested for carbon monoxide readings which was one of my major concerns. This company has serviced our heating and cooling needs for nearly 30 years, which speaks to the quality of their service. Their service people are consistently punctual, reliable and efficient, whether solving whatever problem we have or just checking out the equipment at the start of each changing season. Today I called when we couldn't get the heat to turn on. The technician called and talked me through several diagnostic procedures as well as how to reset the furnace so I at least had heat. He then called later to verify if it was still working, and decided it was probably a faulty circuit board and could again default. So he came by,replaced it and worked with me to determine if it was covered under a service policy--thank heavens he did so as it was! I highly recommend AA. Andy literally saved my life. When he came into my kitchen to discuss a replacement part for the furnace, his carbon monoxide beeper went off. We found out it was from my 53 year old stovetop. I have now purchased a new stovetop. Who knows what could have happened without Andy's C.M. beeper. Oh, by the way, he did a great job checking my furnace. Andy was on time and VERY professional. Ralph was the utmost professional when it came to getting our heat back on from our geriatric furnace. He not only replaced the defective parts but did a thorough job of cleaning out the blower compartment, tubing to pressure switches as well as making sure the condensate drains were free from blockages. He explained the parts and pricing prior to replacement. Without requesting him to do so, he came in our house and slipped on booties to keep from tracking anything in on his shoes. Lance was our tech. Very courteous and diligent. Upon completion of his routine maintenance protocol he took me on a "tour" of specifically what tasks he had performed in servicing our unit. Although its too cool to actually run our AC unit, fully expect that it will perform without incident throughout the Sprin/Summer once called upon to do so.
