Quality service at reasonable rates. They go the extra step to make things work right. Installed new furnace and needed a gas line. Instead of using a $0.90 elbow pipe, they used the $1.10 t pipe. Two years later when we needed to hook the BBQ grill to the gas line, the T valve was already there and made the job much easier. Tim did his usual excellent job. He also did a couple of "above and beyond" things, like tightening a leaky water valve when he was rinsing our air filters. My go to HVAC place. I thought I knew what I was doing when I bought my house. Boy was I wrong. I have a service contract with them and they always call to remind me it is service time. Honest and truthful. Huge bonus points for a company for me.
I had Jeff C. do the service at my house today (the first time I had been home with a tech), I was amazed at all the cleaning he did. What a great job. Jeff was friendly and personable. Ralph arrived as promised. He was kind and addressed the leaking issue of a valve that feeds into our humidifier on our furnace. His diagnosis and completion of the work was prompt. It was a remarkably simple adjustment to correct the problem and required less than 5 minutes. He said as he corrected the problem, "hey this one is on me! We take care of our customers and want to be fair. I don't feel okay charging you $89.00 for this small minor adjustment I just made."
Customers appreciate honesty and once in awhile getting a break. It's nice to know Ralph doesn't have to answer a quota system and pinch every last dollar out of a customer. When technicians act i this way, it gives customers more confidence. Way to go Ralph and AA Service. By the way, we use them for our commercial property and a residential townhouse we rent.
