This Thanksgiving weekend, one of my furnaces went out. I called before 6:00 pm on Saturday night and Kraig was at my door before 7:30. My unit is outside, so he had to work in the cold and dark. A plugged orifice was the problem (our weather has been pretty breezy and stormy) and it was quickly fixed so that I could leave the house in an hour.

The gang at AA Service always go above and beyond the call of duty. I've always been happy with the attention to detail in their service and their honest opinion of maintaining both the air-conditioning and heating units we have at our properties. At our house, when Tom and / or Scott S shows up, putting on plastic booties before entering shows the respect he has for our house. Even though we insist he doesn't need to, that means a lot. Tom was very good and making sure the unit works top to bottom, we couldn't be happier. Scott is another great tech and we are happy to have him know our system. We always plan to use AA Service. Today, I received a routine service call from AA Service. Tommy S was the tech. He was professional and made the visit a very pleasant one. Tommy serviced our furnace and when completed gave me a complete rundown on the work performed. He told me my filter was very clean and did not install the new filter I had provided. Just my semi-annual maintenance from AA Service. Andy C. was knowledgeable and very helpful, listening patiently as I complained about the high out of pocket cost for a part for our 3-year old furnace supposedly covered by warranty. He showed me as he forwarded my comments to his boss, who got back to us with a money-saving solution. Our 20-yr loyalty to AA was rewarded with understanding and about $130 in savings. Tom T. was fabulous! He diagnosed the problem with my radiators immediately and fixed the three problematic ones in minutes. But then took the time to wait until the boiler started circulating the heated water throughout them to make sure the problem was fixed. ,I am a property manager of Single Family homes, townhomes and condos. Each Spring and Fall, i have AA Service check out/service the furnaces and AC units in all the properties that I manage. This time Lance was the service tech and did a great job including finding that one of the furnaces had an nonfunctioning part, which was inhibiting full heat flow. He immediately ordered the replacement part, but went that extra mile and requested a double check by one of AA's commercial checks come out and double check the unit to make sure that replacing that part would put that furnace back to full capacity. With winter just around the corner, I was so relieved that he not only found the problem, but took that extra step. In my book that is a very well trained, astute technician.
