I came back from a trip close to middle of the night and the heater was not blowing hot air. My family and I were freezing and it was also during winter. I was so afraid the family would get sick from being so cold so I picked up the phone and called AA Service Co. They transferred my call to Kraig and he was a life saver. He gave me tips on what I can do to possibly fix the problem over the phone and when nothing worked, he came over immediately to help me to repair the heater, it was almost 1 o'clock in the morning. He was very nice and professional about the service he provided and he was able to repair the heater so that my family wouldn't freeze. We've used AA service since we moved in 6 years ago. Another great service visit with Jim S. today. In addition to performing the service that was needed, he called back to the office to get me recommendations and a quote on having a smart thermostat installed when I asked about it and talked through some other questions I had, carefully explaining everything along the way. I really appreciate the time he took to ensure all my questions were answered. Since AA charges a flat rate for service, I didn't pay any extra for this extra time.
He also recommended that we move our carbon monoxide detector from our back hall (next to exterior door) to near our bedrooms to get a more accurate reading.

They have always done a great job doing the preventative maintenance service on my A/C and Furnace at the multiple properties I had during that time. They also did a great job installing my new furnace when I needed one.
